The location was very central, within walking distance of the main attractions, yet the hotel itself was quiet and pleasantly removed from the street noise. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We also really appreciated the breakfast service, where you can choose what you’d like to eat and specify the time it’s served.

The hotel is great. The rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. The location is great. There is metro station just down the street. Most places in central part of town are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Sofia.

I had a very pleasant and long stay at the moon. From there you can walk easily to the most important churches and museums, nightlife is two blocks away and public transportation is right in front of you. Rooms are big and kept clean, mattresses are new and comfortable having switched rooms I have experienced two of them staff are friendly and cooperative, breakfast is ordered the previous night by filling out a sheet.

The staff was helpful and the service left nothing to be desired. The food and cocktails were good, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The thing that most impressed me was how the whole building was constructed with the intention of creating a certain old school business atmosphere. It definitely succeeded.

There is a good and lengthy trip to the moon. The most significant churches and museums are only two blocks away, and the nightlife is right in front of you. The beds are new and cozy having been switched rooms. The room is spacious, and spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is ordered by filling a sheet from the previous night. No issues.
