The location isnt close to malls, so you have to take grab everywhere. Leisure mall or plaza pelangi are the closest mall options. Despite the rooms advantages, early checkin and late checkout are available, please keep in mind that early checking in and out is only up to 1 pm. There is no refrigerator. Good for staying on a budget. Amenities are provided upon request. Nearby restaurants include - onsite water dispensers on each floor, daily cookies with coffee or tea, and luggage storage after checkout. However, the room is quite small, leading to obstructing the lobby. Additionally, there is poor soundproofing, especially with vistas of the courtyard. For the same price paid for this hotel, you can get an rm in utmost strategic location. Although the accommodation offers amenities like early arrival and later checkout, be aware that availability may vary, as well as late departure until 1.00 p. M.

The location is excellent, very close to petorl station and customs, a quiet place at night. The hotel design and theme appear to be very nice, but the room is small. If you want utmost cleanliness and attractiveness for i short stay, you can choose this hotel.

The bed was the best, and the stay was pleasant! We slept well and soundly. The rooms lack of soundproofing is the only minor issue, as you can hear footsteps and conversations outside. We noticed hair and stains around the room when we entered. Overall, it was a good and affordable stay. With 7 restaurants and massage parlors just stepping away, the hotel had upscale aesthetics and was spacious.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and i was very satisfied. I really love the view, the room is very clean, smells good, and the housekeeping and reception staff are very helpful. The room really looks aesthetic and has a roof top so you can relax there too. Highly recommended.

We booked 3 rooms through this app but we were asked to top up the tourist tax of 20 rm. Its a onenight stay, the walls are tinier but the beds and bathrooms are clean. We asked for an extra towel and it was delivered very quickly. Would choose this hotel again.

The room is great, comfortable for short stays. Disposable dental kit, shower gel and shampoo with conditional are provided. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. One downside is that parking can be difficult to find as there is no parking available.

The lobby design is a bit bad, but the atmosphere is great. The lady was helpful and helped us to call other hotels to see if there are any openings. I have never been there, however, the kind lady helped me to contact other accommodations to find out unless one is available.

I had a pleasant twonight stay in the family suite, which has three single beds on the ground floor and is named G 06. Through application, you will receive sgd 140 for two nights. Advantages include being able to check in at 12 p. M., having friendly staff at the front desk and cleaning, offering delicious trivia, as well as proximity to nearby food shops and 7-11 in advance. Water bottles and refillers are available, and bath towels and amenities are provided. It is convenient to pick up your car from the hotel. However, there is hardly any dust in this room, making it necessary to ventilate the bathroom. The coffee and tea pots in reception were cold and diluted, preferring instant nescafe sacks. Additionally, guests can park their luggage at reception after checkout to continue shopping. If you have multiple devices to charge, bring additional plugs or extension. There are enough space in our family room to open luggage on top of the bed. Contrary to other reviewers, i didnt experience noisy ktv or bed bugs. On the next visit, we wouldnt mind choosing this hotel again. Mid valley and the oeon tebaru mall are both approximately 15 minutes away, while kuwait is only 1520 minutes distant. You can try some of these food restaurants in foyer.

Highly recommended and will return. We had a second time staying here. The price per night and the accurate description of the rooms both intrigued us. As evidenced by how some hotel room photos duped us, we were able to secure supper at the last minute despite some miscommunication on this trip. Throughout our journey, the staff who assisted us were extremely courteous and friendly. They attempted to make suggestions for us to meet our needs. Bravo to them. Even though it is quite tucked away from ciq, strongly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Ive stayed at atelier several times and have always been as good and nice as we expected. The room is clean and comfortable. A larger room would be preferable because the standard room was too small, making it difficult to even open luggage of cabin size. There is a 711 and also kopitiams nearby. Everything in eatlier is perfect for johor bahru! Will always return.

The young lady at the day reception who checked us in and out was lovely, polite, helpful, and friendly. Compared to massmarket rooms like those at ksl, we preferred the cozy boutique atmosphere. The bathtub is a good size. Water refills are incredibly thoughtful.

This place is a comfortable and quiet place to relax. I recommend staying here. There is good chicken rice during the day and delicious bak kut in the evening. The massage was good opposite the hotel. Maybe there will be more restaurants in this area.
