I stayed here for 5 nights and I can't recommend it enough. Even though the pool is very small, the rooftop pool area has a very calming and cooling atmosphere. The room was cleaned daily and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and nice. They allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few days while we went to koh rong. The location is right beside russian market and it has a lovely rooftop pool. There is a great choice for breakfast and it is served until 11. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was one of my favourites on this trip. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. In a lovely area with a great Brooklyn Bistro a few doors away serving the best food. The rooftop view was beautiful and the pool was great in the afternoon after exploring. The room was clean and spacious...Loved it and would highly recommend it

Positives are that the location is strategic, close to a russian market, and the nearby restaurants offer excellent dining. Bad at check-in we were told that we could not pay with a card, but we had to pay in cash as well as a 20-year deposit, which we would get back after leaving, making the rooms not at all cosy. The hotel room is dated and unclean. The condition of the room is very uncomfortable. The window is dirty, and the towels are stained. It smells weird from the fridge, so I didn't dare use it. The mattress was extremely firm, the toilet seat was broken and didn't get fixed, there was mold on the walls and stains on the walls that looked awful. The room wasn't cleaned, which is unjustified when you have to throw used toilet paper into the trash and it won't be emptied. Toilet paper no extra roll so we had to ask reception lamps without covers. The overall atmosphere is unfriendly. The pool is very small, the towels are filthy, and empty very quickly. The staff wasn't very helpful.

We stayed in this place for a long time and had it all to ourselves. The personnel is helpful and friendly and the price is fair. Nice and spotless rooms. Breakfast is average. The pool is tiny but has an incredible view. Drinks were cheap and the bar area was nice. Location is far from the city so we had to use the tub every time.

The staff were exceptionally nice. However the room we stayed in has a sewage smell coming out of the toilet. The staff did try their best by giving us those burning fragrance oil. Helps a little but the sewage smell still lingers. Stayed 2 nights and endured the smell. They staff smiles more than compensated the inconvenience.
