We’ve spent the last 6 months traveling the world and this was the BEST guesthouse experience! Super friendly hosts, great breakfast, amazing fruit shakes, beautiful sparkling pool, laundry service!!!, fresh water in our room always, and our room was HUGE! We had the family room. It had 2 bathrooms too, which was awesome with kids. The property is quiet and peaceful. Perfect location to take a quick Grab into town, or to the temples. We spent most of our time relaxing in the room or floating around in the warm pool. It was the perfect 2 week rejuvenation. Thank you, Trevor and your beautiful family!

The boutique hotel is in a perfect location, wellappointed and wellmaintained. Fantastic owner and staff. Close to town, the royal palace, pub street, and hundreds of restaurants, all within walking distance. Trevor, the owner, is extremely helpful in booking tours, suggesting the best restaurants for great food that are less expensive than the wellknown ones. Breakfast is included with many options and delicious! There is a full bar available. The gardens are beautiful, and the pool is amazing. Airconditioned rooms with great large ceiling fans as well. There arent enough stars to describe this wonderful home away from home. Book direct for the best deals!.

Trevor is incredibly kind and accommodating, and this place is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly endorse eureka villas. I will definitely add my review after i have eaten there. However, for the time being, it is truly exceptional.

Highly recommend this place as a place to stay a perfect base for sightseeing or volunteering activities. I came back and still loved it as much as i did the first time. The quality, service, location and people are amazing.

The best meals and pool in the world! Excellent location for unwinding, having a cold beer, and hanging out with friends. Excellent accommodations and helpful staff that are helpful and kind about the area. Will undoubtedly return to this location for future stays in cambodia.

The family room is perfect for families or groups of friends. It may sound stupid, but the room is actually a goodsized apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the pool is a really good size. The whole site is well maintained, clean and beautiful plants. Very good value.

Trevor, his family, and staff were amazing. The rooms, garden, and pool are immaculately clean and tidy. Trevor was more than happy to book our tours and meals as needed. A very good breakfast every day by the pool was a great start to the day. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Excellent place to stay for a relaxing week of golf and culture. Whether you want to hang out by the excelkent pool or socialize in the outdoor bar, this place is ideally situated. The cuisine was of the highest caliber and nothing is too much bother. Highly recommended.

I would recommend it to people on a budget and for people looking for a slightly different but comfortable hotel. Excellent location. Its not too far from downtown and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, toast, and fruit plate. Not very good for main meals as the options are limited. The staff is helpful. Its cozy. Not a very fancy place. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Its very clean. The pool is perfect to end the day with. The garden is also nice.

This place is a lifesaver. We booked another hotel and it was terrible, nothing worthwhile to mention so we booked this place in the middle of the night and thanks it ran as it should be beautiful property, very large room, nice pool, good breakfast and handy poolside bar. Its not in the most central area but its close to the busiest main road and tuk tuk is very convenient so it wont be an issue. Anyway, talk to the owner and you will understand why we love this place. Many hotels in siem reap are still not fully operational, so be aware of it before making a booking, maybe email them or call them if they cant handle english conversation normal isnt a good sign.

The stay at eureka villas was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a small hotel (8 rooms. It is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but only a 15minute walk to the main drag and markets. It is beautiful with a lovely pool and bar area with lots of lush foliage and flowers. The rooms are large and spacious with a large bathroom and mini bar. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and happy to chat. There was a good selection of breakfast and it was all very delicious. They booked us friendly tuk drivers for our trips around the area and temples. A perfect end to our trip to cambodia in a small hotel we didnt want to leave.
