Room was Fresh and new. Laundry service Folded laundry elegantly with great scent. Food at 7th floor restaurant had plenty of options and fantastic presentation and flavor every time.

I cant wait to return with such considerate service and a beautifully run space. The sauna and pool were kept up to date and spotless, making relaxation effortless. I relaxed at the rooftop bar and cigar lounge in the evening, taking in the opulent atmosphere. The personnel was always courteous and attentive, and the teppanyaki and churrasco were delectable and genuine. A flawless stay! Everything about the process, from checking in to checking out, was flawless.

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan canggih. Stafnya tersenyum dan sopan, jadi saya bisa menginap dengan tenang. Ada juga kolam renang jadi saya bisa menikmatinya bersama anak-anak saya! Selama saya menginap, saya juga mencicipi Teppanyaki Matsunami dan Churrasco ALEGRIA dan saya terkesan dengan betapa lezatnya Teppanyaki, tidak hanya dagingnya tetapi juga ide kreatif dari koki untuk hidangan lainnya! Daging di Churrasco enak, tapi Anda juga bisa menikmati berbagai saus dan itu pasti nomor satu di dunia Churrasco bagi saya! Saya juga mengunjungi Baron dan dia membuat koktail yang sangat enak dan meskipun saya tidak pandai minum, saya akhirnya mendapat bantuan kedua! Itu adalah hotel di mana saya merasa lega dan nyaman ketika saya datang ke Sihanouk. Terima kasih banyak.

My first casino experience, and im so happy i came! This japaneseowned luxury hotel in cambodia truly sets it apart. The teppanyaki restaurant serves incredibly tender and flavorful wagyu beef, and the stylish bar provides a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. The entire facility is spotless, with carefully selected amenities and elegant interior design. The staffs friendly smiles and high level of professionalism made every moment special. I also stayed at a wellknown luxury hotel in phonom penh, part of the bonvoy group, but in terms of facilities, amenities, and hospitality, this japaneserun hotel was clearly out of the pack. It was also my first time trying a casino, and thanks to the japanese staff who graciously explained the rules, i felt completely at ease and enjoyed the experience. Since the hotel is still relatively new and not crowded yet, now is the perfect time to visit. One thing that really impressed me was seeing the staff picking up trash around the hotel one morning. Its a beautiful example of japanese volunteer spirit. As a result, the area around the hotel is exceptionally clean, it almost felt like i was back in japan. If i had to point out anything, the air conditioning was a little strong for my taste. Also, the rooftop was still under construction during my stay, although it may be open now.

Saya menginap di sini selama Tahun Baru Imlek tahun ini. Pertama-tama, saya diliputi oleh suasana pesta kembang api yang meledak di seluruh kota dan saya merasa sesuatu yang tidak biasa. Hotel ini dikelola oleh orang Jepang dan sangat bersih dan aman. Karena saya bisa berbahasa Jepang, saya rasa bahkan pemula pun tidak akan khawatir. Stafnya sangat luar biasa dan staf lokal juga tersenyum dan penuh perhatian. Setiap kali saya melewati seseorang, mereka akan bertanya kepada saya Apakah Anda membutuhkan bantuan Jadi saya merasa sangat nyaman selama saya tinggal. Yang mengejutkan saya adalah kualitas makanannya. Tampilan dan rasanya standar tinggi dan ada item menu yang menurut saya bahkan lebih enak daripada di Jepang. Saya menantikan setiap makan tanpa khawatir tentang sakit perut. Suasana di hotel begitu indah, dengan kolam renang dengan pemandangan malam, kamar modern dan bergaya, serta lorong yang indah sehingga saya ingin merekamnya dalam sebuah video.
