We chose this place because it was one of the few extended stay hotels that we could find that welcomed dogs. We stayed here a month. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of the active downtown city nightlife, though we did get some difficulties from neighbors who were barking all night. The downstairs staff that guard the gate and take care of the automobiles were very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff however left a bit more to be desired. The cleaning schedule is more of a guideline as they never seemed to pick up our linens or laundry at a set time and cleaning could very well take all day. They do not change the linens. You get a one-pack and you have to wait for it to be cleaned before having them returned to you. And be prepared to put them back on the bed yourself. The quality of cleaning is also doubtful. When we arrived they gave us one roll yes! One roll! Of toilet paper and told us to provide everything from theremost extended stays do not clean the area. Kitchen supplies dishes and cooking equipment are quite limited. So be prepared to have to buy your own if you plan to stay for a while and cook in many dishes. Fortunately, there is a Thai-friendly market near where you can buy necessary items such as toilet paper, household products, and groceries. Regarding fees. I believe it is priced a little too high for

We wanted a quiet spot away from the riverside noise. This gem came to us. It is close enough via local transportation pass or grab to enjoy the restaurants and attractions, yet it sits in a quiet neighborhood for a relaxing, peaceful evening on the balcony. The apartment consisted of one bedroom with a living room, bathroom, and kitchen. We felt nothing was missing from the apartment because it was fully furnished. You could eat in the kitchen because there were plates, cups, pans, and other items. The personnel was outstanding. They treated every detail and meticulous cleaning. Since hour security is present, the building has hour security, and the elevator needed a key to rise.

I stayed here for more than 1 year now. The staff is very nice. Manager boomer is very helpful in fixing the problem if you need anything. It's in a calm area. a bit far from the city center. But about 15 minutes by tub. So if you stay for so long, you prefer a quiet place.

Everything is fine and perfect, just like being in your own home. Every employee here is so kind to help you when you have a problem. As an expat, I stayed here for 3 months. There have been some issues, but they have all been resolved thanks to the pretty good service provided by the staff. Location may be a bit chaotic not being in the heart of the city, but it is about halfway from the airport to downtown. Thus, you are still able to enjoy moving here and there without any problems.

This place is very recommended, so don't hesitate to come here. The rooms are opulent, big, tidy, and quite comfortable. Security is provided 24 hours a day, and the employees at the residence were always friendly and helpful. Minimart shops, coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket are all within walking distance, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.
