The location is excellent, and the customer service is excellent. However, the bathroom in the room has a rating of zero. There is no hot water and the water jets force is quite weak.

I highly recommend this place. Enjoy a beautiful view, delicious food, and the best service from all the staff. I spoke with ms chhon narin in particular, she provided the best service, the price and what they provide is acceptable, i can say it is not expensive.

Very nice hotel, nice service, nice breakfast, nice sea view, kind of expensive but worth it. The night view of this hotel is lacking. Mosquitoes and very dark on balcony rgb only open 1 hour last.

It took almost 30 minutes to check in. The breakfast is good, but we have to pay extra for my 6 year olds breakfast at $12.5. Last time it was free for our kid, but this time we learned something new. The front desk service could be better.

The quality of the bed and linens was excellent, and i had a restful nights sleep. Additionally, i enjoy a new level of satisfaction thanks to the modernization of the facilities and comprehensive amenities. I only had breakfast, but it was delicious!.

This hotel is highly recommended! It was an incredible experience at the Howard Johnson Sihanoukville. It is conveniently located and has easy access to the beach. We stayed at this magnificent hotel for three nights in the new year 2022. Their rooms are clean and the hotel is wellorganized. The sea view rooms are the best. They have two infinity pools, clean and have nice views. The most important thing is the behavior of the staff. All staff are well trained and super professional. Mr. Ly Phiron welcomed us and looked after us like family throughout our stay. He helped us beyond his duty time and did not even accept the tip! Management please note that employees like him are an asset to you, take excellent care of them, they take care of your reputation! The restaurant has a decent range of food and drinks. Ms. Man Yam at the restaurant was very helpful. Sorry, i couldnt remember some of their names. But, every staff we met, from the front office to the housekeeping, was polite and helpful.

The facilities are average, but the location of the hotel is excellent. The sky bar is beautiful, and the restaurant on the first floor isnt too bad either. The priceperformance ratio is very good, i recommend it.

To make the most of an unplanned trip to Sihanoukville, i reserved a room at this hotel. Although it is still under development, the personnel, particularly the manager, a filipino named paulo, appear to be doing their best. A particularly lovely touch was the birthday cake delivered to the room. A cornucopian feast is served for breakfast in the morning. Make sure to say hello to mr. Voon at the restaurant. The oceanview king studios view is breathtaking. The hotels only drawback is that you must walk outside and around the back to get to the pool.
