I came here after a trip from saigon to cambodia. Large, grand hallway with stairs, which has so much potential, but looks a bit worn. There is only one elevator available and it is quite small, so it wont be ideal for people with heavy luggage or older people. Comparing to the beautiful photos of the rooms from 2 to 3 years ago, the room now looks old, the mirror at the minibar has stains, the bathroom has hinges and holes that arent covered, etc. This isnt up to 4 stars. You can compare it to the Novotel by accor. C'mon guys, i know you can do better. One of the most ridiculous things to mention is the free tea bags offered to us at the mini bar. Im not sure if i should laugh or cry about it. God knows when these were put in or expired? Anyhow, at this rate, it is either 2 or 3 stars at best. Out of all of these things, there is goodness. The beds are comfortable and clean, the air conditioning works well, and the curtains and decor look nice and simple, all of these things have good potential if cleaned and developed properly. The staff is also nice and helpful.

Ini adalah hotel yang bagus. Satu-satunya masalah adalah hanya satu handuk besar untuk satu orang di kamar mandi, orang mengharapkan satu atau dua handuk kecil. Tidak ada anggur putih dalam menu restoran. Tapi bir Angkor sangat enak dan sangat dingin. Layanan taksi yang baik ke bandara. Sarapan prasmanan rata-rata.

We had a great time at the kingdom angkor hotel. The location is unbeatable! We stayed in a threestory room with stunning views and excellent service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all the conveniences we could want, and my family loved the daily breakfast service! On our next visit, we will definitely plan to return!.

Hotel ini berada tidak jauh dari pusat kota. Jika Anda tidak ingin berjalan kaki, tuk tuk berada di depan pintu dan Anda akan dikenakan biaya $3 sekali jalan. Kamar dan kamar mandinya luas dan menurut saya baru saja direnovasi. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah kamar menghadap ke pintu masuk hotel dan banyak lalu lintas dan kebisingan dari mobil di jalan sebelah. Staf yang sangat ramah, meskipun tidak ada cara bagi mereka untuk mengubah dolar yang lebih besar yang kami miliki menjadi dolar kecil. Makan malam di hotel ini menyenangkan dan harga terjangkau. Harap berhati-hati dengan kondisi uang kertas, begitu terlihat sobek atau sudah agak tua mereka tidak akan mengakuinya. Kami melakukan perjalanan yang dipesan, tetapi menurut apa yang saya lihat, biaya akomodasi cukup masuk akal.

I went to siem reap, cambodia on a private group trip for 3 days and 2 nights. The kingdom angkor hotel was a place we stayed during our visit. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable. There was a swimming pool at the back of the hotel, but i didnt try it. The price was very reasonable.
