Clean room, nice pool area. Staff were great and very polite and helpful. They helped us arrange a trip to Angkor Wat and booked the best guide ever, Mr Nak. We also treated ourselves with a massage and it was great, beautiful spa. Bed was a bit too hard and breakfast was a bit dull, but overall a great place to stay when exploring Siem Reap and the surroundings.

I arrived on crutches due to a during-the-holiday accident. The hotel was united in helping me out, with luggage, with meals, with finding understanding taxi drivers/tour guides for the Angkor Wat. The restaurant was quite good as well.

The staff are amazing. The lobby and rooms are clean and updated, some of the hallways have older carpet but that's such a minor thing. The rooms are large and clean, as are the bathrooms. The breakfast was remarkable, from freshly made eggs to order to fresh bread every day. It's a medium walk (12-15 minutes) or really short tuk-tuk to Pub Street. A couple of little bonuses - next door is the best supermarket in town, and the bus to the airport starts outside that market (though you need to go source the ticket elsewhere the day before. Overall, a really good place to stay.

Excellent hotel with the finest service. Vanthorng at the front desk learns and remembers your names. He and other staff greet you every time you come and go, helpful arranging transportation and sight seeing. Pool nice but a bit cold. Massage at the spa was great, I had 2 in a week. Breakfast buffet was above average, fresh cooked eggs, bacon, fruit, Asian choices, etc. Room service was good and well priced. A/C broke one night and we were switched to a new room right away. No complaints, we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

I had a great stay! The staff was AMAZING!! They even gave me a free upgrade! The staff helped me arrange my visits to Angkor Wat, they helped me book a tuk tuk (at a very fair price), whose driver was also amazing! I also had the best lok lak in town in their restaurant! The hotel is run down, old and the room had a musky smell, but the service, food and cleanliness compensated it!

Siem Reap is a wonderful place to visit, but what made it even more special was the exceptional service and staff working at the Memoire Siem Reap Hotel! The friendliness of the staff, always smiling and doing everything they could to make our stay as plesant as possible in a genuine way. They helped us with pickup at the busstation and to arrange our two days of sightseeing. Their driver, both the "boss", but especially the tuktuk driver mr poh/bo (don't know how its written) made our days around the Angkor tempels even better then we could have hoped for. When we came back to the hotel after a long day in the sun exploring the Angkor area the staff immediately gave us cold refreshing towels and sendt complimentary smoothies to our room. Location is great, maybe around 10 min walk to pubstreet, new and big supermaket 1 min walk. Hotel food was very good, and we really liked the pool area. The day on checkout we still had around 4 hours before we had to leave for the airport, the hotel made sure to let us know that we were welcome to enjoy the pool area as we were waiting to leave. We will always remember their fantastic smiles, outstanding service and hospitality. We really hope to come back one day!

We travel A LOT as a family so this is written in that context. We had a fantastic time here. The staff were outstanding, friendly and gone above and beyond. We felt at home right away. And after a week it was hard to say goodbye. The room and service were authentic and as advertised. From the nice smell of the lobby, to the clean rooms, it was an amazing experience. The location and value were great. Highly recommended. Will come back again soon.

This is a relatively small hotel without the hoards of short-stay tourists; a pleasant retreat with very welcoming staff that extend a rather personal touch -- providing a feeling of "home away from home". First, they welcomed us with drinks and cold towels, then surprised us with rose-petal decorated beds, fruit basket on one evening, free smoothies on another; free 15min foot massage on another, and a slice of cake the night before check out. The breakfast is good with an excellent fruit selection. The hotel is a 5min (>USD2) tuktuk ride from pub street; right next to the hotel is a huge & well stocked Angkor supermarket and pharmacy. We'll come back again!
