Jamie is an amazing host and very professional. Great place to stay with large rooms, very clean air conditioning, hot water and wifi, really nice atmosphere in the communal area, great place to work, read a book, or just sit with a coffee. Highly recommend this place to stay in otres, located outside the concrete jungle of sihanoukville and 150 meters to the beach.

Affordable, the room has a large window, everything looks good, the toilet is very clean, the room is tidy, 2 water bottles, coffee, tea are free, staff can speak english but not so good, especially near the beach, coffee shop, food stall.
