This hotel is very good for relaxing at the pool and having a very good cocktail, definitely not as the cocktails you get too often in Cambodia, if you know what I mean. The bar staff was very friendly. We would go there again.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a spacious comfortable room. It was close to a western style convenience store superduper where we could buy things we were familiar with. Also close to the central market and other attractions.

Where do I start? We reserved this hotel with a pool and were informed before our arrival that everything we requested would be there. Upon arrival, the pool was out of commission and wouldn't be operational for another week. The safe in the room was damaged, and several front desk staff were unfriendly and rude. For Asian visitors, this is not the case. My wife and I were stomach pounding from the menu. The to didn't operate for 24 hours, and the air conditioning was inoperative. There is garbage and rats outside the building, which emits a disgusting stench. The gym, steam, and sauna are all excellent. The front desk staff is excellent, tall man with good English, the restaurant, and the bartenders are excellent. I should have thought that if things worked, this place would be excellent, but you could get better value elsewhere. I moved, and this was true.
