Great little hotel within 5 mins walk of Bassac st with lots of great food and drink options. I think we were the only guests so had the clean, shady pool all to ourselves- a treat after the heat of the city. Coffee shop on site was handy for the morning. Had family room with double and 2 singles in separate area (no doors in between but not visible to each other). Great value for money and plan to stay again when we leave PP.

The hotel is excellent quality. Truly a boutique hotel. The location is great with lots of delicious food nearby and all attractions are only ten minutes away. There is a truly fantastic Indian restaurant that is only a 5-minute walk away. This should convince Indian families to choose this hotel over others. Good amenities and a house next door. The only issue was breakfast. It's not a buffet. The set of options is limited. If you are vegetarian it's a gor. The limited best option is not clearly explained. Apart from that, it's excellent value for the money. Papplication made a mistake in providing 2 adults and 2 children in a family room, but when you check, the hotel me, the best is only for 3 people and limited.

The first night i arrived was midnight, and we got a room near the exception which looks very simple and not what we expected. Then next morning we required to change to another room and there was no problem at all. We changed to another bigger room which is in the garden and next to the pool, our room also has a kitchen. The hotel is like a villa, it's very beautiful, so many nice trees around, room is clean and no smells. Location is perfect, basically it's close to eveywhere within less than 5 mins tuk tuk. Staffs are very kind & friendly, the guy at the reception is very helpful, he suggested us to a local (All you can eat) BBQ restaurant, and it was cheap & food was amazing. Everything was perfect. The only thing is we were looking for 24hrs convenient store, and it's a bit far by walk.

If you like to sit back under a tree in the afternoon, with a cool drink, this place is perfect. Alternatively, as the sun goes down, walk to the end of the street and view a height of activity along the boulevard near the Independence Monument

Dejligt hotel! Tidligere privatvilla - tror vi - og meget hyggeligt. Smuk lille have med lille pool. Få stole til solbad men tilstrækkeligt! Eneste mangel - intet læselys ved sengen. Wifi fungerede perfekt alle vegne. Lille cafe i haven - skønt sted at spise morgenmaden.

I stayed here for a total of six nights, 3 at the beginning of my trip and 3 at the end. I liked it so much that I came back. Simply put, the place is great. The rooms are large, sunny and very comfortable as well as being immaculately clean. The air conditioning was good and cold, the WiFi was solid and reliable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and patio area were beautiful as well, and provided a welcome respite from the heat and dust of "The Pehn". The neighborhood is cool too, with a number of shops and restaurants and near the independence monument. There is even a row of "white people" bars and restaurants very nearby (street 308). I'd definitely stay here again, and I recommend it highly.

Enjoyable stay at skyline, excellent facilities and location just around the corner from victory monument, nice little oasis with excellent pool , walking distance to loads of restaurants and the riverfront, staff - particularly the manager where very helpful extending our stay when the hotel was heavily booked in peak time
