The staff are very polite and helpful. The Tuk Tuk drivers are more expensive from the hotel. Get one on the street. I found a guy that was wonderful, he took me to place no one else thought to visit. He was wonderful.

Amazing first impressions the moment we walked in the door, great check in - free room upgrade, great room and pool. Staff were lovely. Only regret was this was the first hotel and not the last as it was perfect for relaxing and walking distance to Pub street. Highly recommend!

Hotel is in a good location easy walking to the river, markets, pub street and many good local restaurants. The pool was a great relief after a hot day of visiting the temples. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The bed was one of the better ones we have had in Cambodia.

The hotel is very nice and clean, has a good breakfast, and has large swimming pools. And the hotel is close to anger wat. Pub street, night market, monkey mall, and restaurants. It's easy to walk here.

I stayed here for 10 nights and I also stayed here in 2012. Little changed. The rooms are lovely. Large, quiet air conditioning in the room you need to turn it off if you use the balcony. Breakfast is great and usually included in your reservation. The location is excellent and only a 5-minute walk from the center or a usd tub that goes out onto the street. They are half the price of hotels, the pool is excellent but they need to prioritize their guests over their evening dinner and dancing events which they ship in coach loads for. Around 3.30 p.m. each day they clean the stage end of the pool sun lounges and trolleys and replace them with tables for dinner. If you are sunbathing they will literally clear up and then set up around you, making you feel completely unwelcome. They will stand there and wait until you move. It is supposed to be 5 stars and that is far from 5 stars behavior. On two other days we were moved to allow for business purposes. Additionally, they chose to pressure wash the floor on two other days, so a day of lounging with extremely loud machinery running all morning was around you. It was peak season. Overall a pleasant stay, but frustrating by the poolside a lot of the time. Wi-Fi is terrible. I had my own sim from the airport, so thankfully didn't need it.

I had a wonderful experience on the first time we came here and we had to stay here again for our second visit. The room was stunning and the food was tasty. The pool and garden were also lovely. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to shopping, and there are numerous restaurants and restaurants that serve delicious food. If I can do it again, I'll definitely visit.

The price is worth it! I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. Rooms, beds, breakfast were very nice, pool was so big, staff were so kind, proximity to pub street and other restaurants, free airport pickup and a great bonus.

We stayed here a long time ago and recently returned. We stayed this time in a different devi premium block, which was a little more private and had great rainfall showers! The decor was a little tired in places, mainly scuffs on the paintwork, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Like the previous time, we loved the location, which made travelling and exploring very cheap $ 2. 00 to Pub Street by Tutu. Then there was the fantastic pool and daily buffet breakfasts! The staff was lovely, really kind, and helpful. When I got home, I actually felt a little homesick for the place!.

Posizione centrale ottima di fronte al ristorante Café Indochine assolutamente da non perrdere. La camera Premium dove ho soggiornato è molto ampia con un bagno altrettanto ampio, un po' datata ma in ottime condizioni. Personale gentilissimo e preparato.
