Bangunannya baru dibuka sekitar bulan Mei 2019, jadi sangat bersih dan fasilitasnya bagus. Pemandangan dari kolam renang atap, gym, dan restorannya luar biasa. Saya pikir ini adalah yang terbaik di antara hotel lain di dekat Beongkongkong.

Manajemen modal Jepang bagus. Namun, disarankan untuk penyewa jangka panjang untuk tidak menggunakan peralatan dapur dan furnitur yang disediakan oleh mereka. Selain itu, bekas pemakaian normal juga akan dikenakan biaya saat pengembalian sewa. Misalnya, wajan yang mereka sediakan setelah digunakan lama akan hilang secara normal, tetapi saya dikenakan biaya beberapa dolar. The service here is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I moved into this building in the final week of juin 2021. I signed a oneyear contract to stay here as well because of the excellent facilities, which include a nice gym and pool! From the first gym day until now, the building administration closed the gym and pool. They claimed it was a result of the ministrys order. I have many other friends who live in serviced apartments with the gym and pool still operating. Just for your infirmation if youre the one looking for a place to work the gym.

The view serviced residence is a fantastic place to stay and play. I stay here for a long time. This place is in the heart of bkk 1, with all the shops, restaurants, businesses, bars, and other attractions within walking distance. This area is known as the expat quarter because many international workers, businesses, and nongovernment organizations are based here. The gym, sauna, and steam rooms are first class. The rooftop infinity pool has breathtaking views of phnom penh, is at least 25 meters long, so it is perfect for a workout swim and an amazing view. The staff is exceptional. They have addressed a few minor issues ive had, immediately and fully, which is exactly what needs to be done as some problems cannot be avoided. The staff saman. Kumiko, rohy, and carl to name a few genuinely go out of their way to ensure that your stay is truly memorable - for all the right reasons.
