Un accueil comme on aime. La directrice et son staff toujours prête à vous écouter à vous conseiller sur les excursions, attentive à tous vos besoins. Le cœur parle ici dans cet Hotel ou tout est fait pour satisfaire le client. Tout d'abord l'entrée : un couple de merles des Indes vous saluent ensuite vous arrivez dans un beau jardin tropical avec une piscine, une terrasse agréable, puis enfin les belles et grandes chambres très bien isolées des bruits extérieurs possibles. Chaque chambre à sa terrasse. La salle de bain est de belle taille et les prestations dignes de trois à quatre étoiles. Le mobilier est joli et de qualité... Je recommande vivement

I will recommend this place. I will definitely come back here again because it's worth the price. It's a good place to stay. I really appreciate the host and their helpfulness, with the excellent swimming pool, with a quiet environment and a great location. The host and everything else was so nice and accommodating. Shell takes care of everything to make your stay amazing.

We booked a room through Papplication for 2 nights with 4 people 2 adults 2 children and we entered the child's ages to find appropriate accommodations as usual. Sadly, the reservation through Papplication was delayed to arrive at the hotel, so when we arrived to check the hotel was fully booked. The lady who runs the hotel was incredibly sorry even though she wasn't at fault after she explained the situation in full and she had booked us a room at a nearby hotel at her expense. The room she booked for us had a double bed. All other accommodations were full because the king's birthday weekend, so she kindly provided us with an additional mattress from Tropical Hill. She also offered to pay the bathtub driver to drive us down the street, which we declined because we appreciated her efforts in trying to rectify the situation, and she invited us to breakfast the next morning. She was extremely sorry and extremely helpful! We were able to stay at Tropical Hill on our second night. Our room was clean, spacious, and gorgeous. As the hotel owner, I believe she is the owner. We could see how awful it had been and how few other hotels would go above and beyond to ensure we were comfy and taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel itself is lovely and well maintained! I heartily recommend this facility and cannot thank the owner enough for her generosity and kindness! A small, familyrun business in the lush greenery of Keep is Tropical Hill. Both the crab market and Keep Beach are conveniently close by. Both neighborhoods are within a pleasant 1015minute walk or an American Tutu drive away. The accommodation was enormous and spotless. To name just a few, it was equipped with everything you needed, including a safe, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaking facilities, a kettle, and a complimentary large bottle of drinking water every day. Unfortunately, the kitchen and bar were shut down when we arrived since their chef had just retired. Yet, every morning under the shade of the pool, we were still provided with a simple but tasty homemade breakfast. The proprietor offered us a sizable bottle of water for our lengthy journey back to Phnom Pen, which we thought was a thoughtful act. Thank you for a wonderful stay! highly suggested!.

The hotel was very nice! The rooms were spacious and clean, the view of the mountain was lovely and the breakfast was good. The water in the small swimming pool was a pale bluegreen colour and it was impossible to see the bottom. So avoid choosing this hotel for the pool. But where the tropical hill really shines is the very friendly and helpful staff and manager. My wife was sick and was offered assistance, medicine and all kinds of good things to help get better. We felt very welcome and appreciated.
