The service was excellent and very polite. All rooms were beautifully designed, the location was a bit out of the city center but still had many facilities and was secure. Would definitely come back, highly recommended!.

When we return, well come back here! We stayed in a very comfortable room with a king bed and a bathroom. We were impressed with the hotels service and friendly staff. They took care of everything we needed and even offered laundry.

This hotel comes highly recommended for those looking for affordable accommodation without having to sacrifice the overall quality of the stay. The room is quite spacious, equipped with all the nice and cool decoration, and all of it is newly equipped. I even enjoyed the internet tv, which is also very cool in my opinion. Its also worth mentioning how friendly, helpful, and accommodating all the staff have been.

Kamarnya bagus dan pelayanannya bagus, tapi ada masalah, saya tidak memberi tahu pelanggan terlebih dahulu. Saya check-in kemarin, kemarin ganti kamar dan check-out hari ini. Customer service memberi tahu saya bahwa seprai ternoda oleh pakaian dan mereka akan mengenakan biaya tambahan $20, yang sedikit mengganggu saya. Haruskah ada masalah dengan layanan saat membersihkan kamar daripada menunggu tamu check-out? Saya harap ini bisa ditingkatkan.

This hotel is recommended to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay in sim reap. The price is amazing, the service is excellent, and the comfort is excellent. The utey hotel is among the best hotels ive ever stayed at. The air conditioner was smooth, the room structure was amazing, and the bed was comfortable! Everything i needed was provided by the receptionist. The bathroom is a bit slippery, but it is pleasant.

Although it is a tourist destination, the level of service is reasonable given the cost. The room was tidy. Its a little outside of the city center, but its within walking distance, so thats not a problem.

Lokasinya tidak jauh dari reruntuhan Angkor Wat, tapi cukup jauh dari Pub Street. Jika ingin makan dan jalan-jalan, jaraknya agak jauh. Ada restoran di dekatnya, tapi ada juga restoran kram yang sangat mahal tempat pemandu mengantar tamu. Hotel.

Hotel ini baru dibangun dan bangunannya baru jadi bersih. Tapi lokasinya 3 kilometer dari Pub Street, jadi makannya harus pakai tuk-tuk. Kamarnya juga ada pengering rambut. Menyenangkan karena ini hotel baru.
