Our room was very confortable and clean. It was easy to get around with tuk tuks. A lot of good street food was available near the hotel.

Property is clean, staff are nice, helpful and very accommodating. The manager (Lai Ping) when out of her way, prepared everything for us before we even arrived to the country, she also booked our tours. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Cambodia, price is also very reasonable.

Every detail of the V-Boutique is exquisite, from gently scented humidifiers in the hallways and pretty little fish bowls near the elevators to beautifully appointed rooms, spotlessly clean. But what makes the experience so delightful is the staff. Every staff member I encountered was not only helpful but cheerfully so. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night. Our first room had a broken AC, so we were moved to a second room. The bed in the second room was a bit small, but ok for one night. The room and the hotel were all very clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful. They gave us extra surgical masks because we couldn’t find any at the stores and let us keep our bags safely at the hotel while we were sightseeing. It’s a good location for going to Tuol Sleng and a few dollars tuk tuk ride from the riverfront. There’s also a nice rooftop patio for the evenings. We would stay here again.

Airport pickup arrangement was a breeze and on time. Although there’s not much attractions nearby, what they lack in that area, they made up with exceptional staffs services. Plenty of restaurants/stalls nearby for quick snacks/lunch/dinner. Would return.

The property is clean and new. The cook make fantastic eggs. It’s really a pleasant surprise for a boutique hotel to do a buffet breakfast. Very accommodating with late check out and bottled water and everything else✌️. They offer airport teansfer both ways as well on their new 12 seater car. Overall stay is excellent. The only setback is probably there is no swimming pool. It’s easy to get to Aeon and Nagaworld and to some good French restaurant like Khemer Pasteur. Will be back!💪✌️

The breakfast was nice with more asian food selections. Hotel staff also provided great service, changing rooms for us when requested and recommended a nice Thai cafe (Bun’s cafe) located just 350m away from the hotel. They even arranged an airport drop off for us for free. The hotel is very near genocide museum, just a 5 minute walk.

This is a wonderful hotel that is close to the tool sling genocide museum and the Phönom Pen markets. The reception area is spotless and stylish, and the staff is always cheerful and courteous. A princess one-level room on the seventh level was ideally clean and well-appointed with marble effect flooring and a modern and subtle hue. There was a small bar with reasonably priced amenities, a coffee and tea maker in the room. Inside was a pleasant-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower room. A digital room safe and wardrobe were all in excellent shape. The cleaning staff was dressed in clean black uniform and white aprons, and there was a good-sized bathroom and a walk-in shower room. The floor's rooftop dining area, an air-conditioned dining room, and a breakfast server were the finishing touch. The typical Asian breakfast item featured stir fries, noodles, fried rice, and vegetables. Toast, fruit, soups, tea, coffee, fruit juice, and cereal. Through a papplication discount, we spent 58 inc. all taxes, and other costs for 2 nights' room breakfast for 2 people. In a different city nation, this would be 250 dollars per night service and quality. Excellent value, and I would absolutely advise you to enjoy this motel while its prices are so affordable. Thank you, I boutique hotel.

A bit outside of the city centre. I'm not sure whether you could still consider this a boutique hotel. Everything is brand-new and exceptionally contemporary. I believe we were the first guests in our apartment. We were on the first level, but there is still a great deal of street noise audible. Soundproofing would have been nice here. It appears that they didn't spare any money on the building and all the amenities, so they should have considered that. Perfectly clean and comfortable, as one would expect in this scenario. It was evident at checkout that they were not sufficiently trained. They didn't know if we had yet paid for the room. We also didn't know they had used my credit card to automatically charge it when entering. They subsequently didn't let us know. An inquiry with their accounting department did not assist. In the end, they charged me twice, which they reimbursed after I complained later when I saw my credit charge notice online. This is a clear management error. They are accountable for training their personnel in such a way to ensure total client satisfaction. This is from a previous hotel proprietor. After these issues were resolved, I am sure this hotel is a very good choice, especially if you are not looking for something near the sights or the center.

Very nice room. Clean, new construction. The shower and bathroom were particularly nice after some of the places I have seen in Cambodia. The staff was helpful even though they were afraid of the infectious foreigners. Held our baggage while we toured the city waiting for our flight home.

As usual in SE Asia, a decent price and value. Lots of smiling people who are willing to help. Service is on and off. Cleaners did not deliver toilet paper, and when we asked, only got one roll for several people. Breakfast is ok, not amazing. My daughters face mask made a hand towel black and a pillow case was marked by a sleeping mask. They insisted this was not washable and charged us $10. Seems a lot when bleach has been invented. Location is a bit away from anything, but not too bad. Recommended at the price, but not amazing.
