If the building and its customers were concerned, this hotel could be a great place to stay and experience the city. The pool was lovely, and the rooms were enormous and had fantastic views of the waterfront. And, if you were able to use it, the room was beautiful. But the good ends there. We had to actually wake up the receptionist to check out at 09:45. The rooms had numerous burn marks above the beds and a strong cigarette smoke odor, as shown in the picture below. The front desk personnel once denied any cigarette smoke at all because people were coughing from the smoke in the hallway. At one point, the receptionist acknowledged that there was no smoke at all, and after many inquiries, he finally responded, Oh, it must be another visitor. The hotel is able to use the beautiful pool on the ground floor, but it can only be used for an hour. After checking in, they kick you out after an hour. This is the last place we would suggest.

This motel could be a wonderful location to stay and see the city if it was mindful of the building and its guests. The rooms were very big and offered amazing views of the waterfront. And the pool, if you could use it, was lovely. But that's where the good ends. We had no intention of interrupting the employees by staying here, so I had to waking up the receptionist to check out at 9:45 a.m. The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and even had multiple burn marks above the beds, as can the image below. At one point, when people were coughing due to the smoke in the hallway, the receptionist denied having any smoke at all. He finally answered, Oh, it must be another visitor after many inquiries. The hotel claims access to the beautiful pool on the ground floor, but it can only be used for an hour. You have to check in, and after an hour, they kick you out. There are many other places to stay in phenom pen, and I wouldn't recommend this one.

We booked through application for a onenight stay at this lovely hotel with a view of 25 floors. The booking agent is friendly, but the receptionist staff is not very ready to welcome guests. This hotel needs improvement. The price is reasonable. Thank you!.

Saya menginap selama 5 hari dan hanya memberikan tisu toilet pada hari pertama dan tidak mengisinya lagi. Anda harus menjaga perut Anda ketika Anda datang ke sini, jika tidak mereka tidak menyediakan tisu toilet! Staf layanan pelanggan perlu dilatih agar tidak ada masalah, jika tidak mereka akan berpura-pura tidak mengerti dan berbicara dengan orang di sebelah mereka dalam bahasa mereka sendiri. Ketika terjadi kebakaran dan saya menyuruhnya untuk bertanya kepada petugas. Supervisor keluar, dia akan melihat kami dan bertanya apakah saya punya pertanyaan? Sangat menyebalkan! Sarapan, layanan pelanggan, dan rumah tangga sangat buruk!

We stayed for 1 night and booked this hotel through application. The owner was really nice but the lady who welcomed us was not very friendly. They will do their best to make the hotel more suitable. This hotel has a 25-story view, so it is worth the price. Thank you,

Saya hanya bisa memberi peringatan tentang "hotel". Setiap apartemen memiliki layanan yang lebih baik. Bau asap rokok ada di mana-mana, yang mencoba diatasi dengan penggunaan semprotan ruangan yang masif, sehingga sulit bernapas. Saya tidak bisa mengatakan banyak tentang sisanya. Kami melarikan diri dari lantai 33 setelah 10 menit. Sebuah bencana. Saya tidak mendengar apa pun dari aplikasi, tempat saya memesan.

I would like to thank you so much. Good hotel with a view of 25 floors. We booked through application just for a one-night stay, the reservation officer was friendly but the lady receptionist staff was not very ready to welcome the guest, needs to be improved, reasonable price to recommend.
