The hotel is really cool, with a pool and table tennis table. The breakfast options are good, we always choose the cambodian option and were never disappointed! In t he right area, next to an area of expat restaurants including opulent pizza. Would stay again!.

The room was clean and quaint, without all the impersonal features that might make phnom penh seem less welcoming. We had old wooden dressers, cane chairs to sit in, clean sheets, and new blankets. There was a pool room on the level outside, id like to exchange books with the library, but the staff do likewise well as locals breakfast served every day. I only stayed for one night but hoped ive could come back for m ore!.

Our time at yk art house was fantastic. The central palace area of pp is about a 30minute walk from the guest house, which is located in secludeder areas. A vegetarian or vegan restaurant, ps book library, and ukelele circle are all located downstairs. Although we didnt use the pool, it appeared clean if i was dingy! Our room was the largest weve had in seaside for our money, the linen and bathroom were spotless, as was my bed. However, there is room for improvement in terms of staff and checkin process. It went smoothly but was short and missed key points like when the night guard would lock the outer gates. We quickly worked this out, although it wasnt causing any panic, knowing that when we returned at 10 oclock to find egress, we wouldnt have been surprised.

I spent three months there and had a great time. This is the best location you can find, as i have visited various locations in phnom penh. Take s yk art house for upcoming visits. Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and bars on this tiny street, visit tavern or play pool at the eon mall. Get rented bike and get to the royal palace and other tourist attractions in just ten minutes. Nice room, good location, and friendly staff. Youll have grateful stay, rely me. See you next time, please.

We didnt have a room in the hotel area available for us, but the staff was very helpful in finding us another place, i think this apartment is beautiful. The staff are very friendly, can communicate well in english and have good sense of humor. They were able to help us get an apartment that was perfect for our needs. There are no tigers or lions in this room.

We highly recommend this guest house! We stopped by right after the airport. The room we had was really big for the two of us! There was plenty of storage space. It was quite clean. Room has strong air conditioning. Our room also has a ceiling fan. We slept for about 11 hours peacefully without interruption. I needed idy and quiet place to rest because ive been awake for over 40 hours, and yk art house did not disappoint! When we woke up late and had to request an extra 30 minutes for checkout, they were very understanding! They also have storing space for our backpacks after checking out, which was very nice of them! This guesthouse is also less than 10 minutes walk from eon mall, where we stopped several times for lunch and dinner and to get away from the heat!.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights here. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay for varying budgets. Additionally, they are ecofriendly, which remains largely new in the area. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others.

The rooms were very simple, spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The staff were extremely helpful in booking taxis, tuktu vehicles, etc. After a morning of sightseeing, the pool under the banyan tree was also an oasis to return to. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with booking bus tickets etc. We ended up staying here three times during our trip in cambodia, we would definitely recommend this place to everyone! A great place for lodging in phnom penh. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel vegan restaurant served delicious food. When you want to take a break from exploring the city, the garden restaurant is tucked away in an elegant and peaceful oasis. Also incredibly beneficial for the library with vacation reading!.

This place is a place to rest while the congestion of pps is continuing. There are several community driven initiatives going on here, including rescuing animals, establishing uukulele players in safe places to gather and more, which create vigor in the area. I appreciate that there is an vegan restaurant here but unfortunately, this time i didnt get to try it. The room was spacious and comfortable, with padded chairs, desks, wardrobes and strong wifi.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious, there is good air conditioning and wifi. The location is relatively quiet in a chaotic city. There are nice hot showers and i have fried breakfast at the vegan restaurant downstairs. They also provide free drinking water that they purify themselves. This is incredibly recommended.

Im loving this accommodation. Its interior is not too much, neat and homey. After hours of exploring the city, returning to the room is a blessing. There is also tastier pool here to cool your body.

We spent three days there. We had a great time at yk arts. Our room was simple but clean and cozy. However, there isnt shambles in the room, only clinging to the bed. So it was chilly at night. There are some for people who love cats. One of the cats sleeps with us because she follows us everywhere. Feels like home. And i got to play ping pong for the first time, haha! Finally, you can pick if you want to unwind. They have about 100! Thank you!.

The best place ive been in a long, long time. The staff is very nice, attentive and informative. We also loved the tuktun they organized for us. I think his name was chin or jam. Hes happy and hes very skilled driver. Rooms are well laid out, clean and spacious. They even have restocked reading area with lots of books in the library, pool table and lounges. Also have beautiful wooden day beds overlooking the pool and cute little dog who has lovin and hate relationship with us too. Would definitely stay here again. It just has an extremely relaxed feel right in front of everything. Highly recommended!.

Beautiful hotel in the ideal location of phonom penh! Very friendly and capable staff with very good english skills. Very clean rooms and quick laundry service. The small vegan restaurant adds the final touch. I couldnt have chosen a better place to stay.

Wow, what an oasis! All at such a great price, and what sounded like he was really surprised! Where do i begin? The city seems to have disappeared instantly upon entry! These guys are all committed to the environment, the community, even the street dogs. With incredibly good bar, full vegan restaurant, wellstocked library, art space featuring artists in residence, excellent art, ive got to say. Then theres the room, more of resembles an apartment! Separate queen bedroom, verry large lounge / dining & kitchen, all fully furnished in vintage art deco furniture, complete cooking facilities, fridge microwave, etc. If you want it, then you can get it from the refrigerator or microwave. Again, spacious bathroom with oversized walkin shower! I cant rate it enough, this place gives me hope for humanity.

I was only looking for a basic room in the area. What i found was ambiance and comradeship throughout the entire community. The location has lovely, comfortable rooms, sight of vegetables, spotting veg on the walls, games, and even tiniest musical instruments. They also host dozens of community events focused on environmental protection and plastic reduction. My only complaint was the presentation of the food. As previously stated, the breakfast toast plate is naive. There is toast on top of bread, but one wouldnt know it simply by looking at it because the bread is completely covered by the veggie topping. Its my recommendation to place the vegetable topping ontop of toast so that 30-40% of it is visible while keeping the veggies on toast when eating. Once again, this place is grand. I will undoubtedly stay here again when passing through pp.
