Opened the door and was pleasantly surprised as to how big the room is. It was comfortable and had the space we needed. It had everything we were looking for in a room and was minutes drive for places to eat.

When I stay here was very well for a budget motel (as far as price goes) this exceeded my expectations ! I would most definitely stay here again! & the staff were also very very friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised actually :):) and for some extra info...the area is just on the edge of Kelowna, closer to the airport then the city centre ....it's in Rutland

Property had nice little green space with picnic bench. Easy access to all restaurants. The only not so great was old fashion keys to first enter the stair gate and second key to the room with only one set provided.

The gazebo out back is very pretty out back, with the fruit trees its a nice little getaway in the middle of a busy city.

You get exactly what you pay for. Since it's on the cheaper side (compared to the other hotels in the area), the hotel and the room looks a bit older. Room had TV, fridge, microwave, aircon and a sofa. Wi-Fi was really disappointing because even though they restarted their system after I talked to the front desk staff, we still had trouble connecting and it was super slow.

Dated. Could use some updates. Housekeeping was lax and didn't appear to put an effort into attending to rooms. No linen change or bed making in our three nights there. Plumbing was not up to par. Toilet loose and wobbly.
