We enjoyed our stay here - it’s very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The only real downside is the slamming doors from other rooms - which woke up our toddler multiple times. There seems to be many families living here at the moment, which I assume is due to rental shortages or perhaps the wildfires. There’s only one elevator and we saw a few people pushing full grocery carts from the adjacent Walmart into their suites. We really appreciated the underground parking. It makes it nice to not have to warm up a cold car. All in all, we’d stay again because of the availability of a 1 br suite and the kitchenette.

The only thing I would have liked was more coffee packets in the room to make coffee. Otherwise all was great. Great kitchen ample dishes and cooking utensils. Even a dishwasher.

Excellent room, comfy bed, clean bathroom and kitchenette. The only thing that was a bother was the unwelcomed spider visit! Also, pets are allowed alone in the room as long as they’re in a kennel. The walls are insulated, too. Very convenient to have Walmart right behind the hotel.

We were evacuated from Yellowknife due to wildfires and the staff at Candlewood has been so wonderful to us! They have shown such patience with some of our fellow evacuees that are not treating this property as well as they could. There are many of us that completely appreciate everything the staff has done.

I really enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites. I love the idea of the Kitchenet, I have saved a lot of money on breakfast. Waltmart is just behind the suites, so It was convenient to go buy stuff to cook. The only things I to keen about is its pet-friendly, I'm so scared of dogs, so when I would go down the elevator, I would have that fear if I come across a dog. The staff at the frontdesk Mohamad is very helpful. Always there if we need anything.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back the next time we area in the city. Staff was great, friendly and always eager to assist. The breakfast area was busy but it changes within minutes so not a big deal. We didn’t try out the pool but the gym and games room were good.

Wonderful hotel. Loved the complete kitchen Coffee in the hotel kitchen area was excellent and lots of choices. Free laundry ( not that we needed it ). Affordable. Staff so friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our week’s stay at the Candlewood Suites. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a Walmart right next door for provisions. The beds were excellent. The room was spacious. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I appreciated the extra touches such as the lending cupboard for items available for your use: games, movies, kitchen appliances, etc. the vending cupboard was great and the free laundry was helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend.
