This is undoubtedly a budget motel. Its blue bathtub and fan instead of air conditioning disqualify it. Although the motel really needs to be renovated, it was a reasonable place to stay one night. We were on the second floor, and we could hear everything passing by the window. The views are of the street. WiFi is accessible. There is a very old indoor pool and a hot tub. They provide play equipment for kids. We had breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, the hen and hog cafe. That was excellent.

The location of this place is in Midtown, with the amenities being close by, as well as plenty of parking. I like the kitchen so much. The quality of the food was well prepared. The room also had a nice view of the street. I also liked the wi-fi facilities. The rooms were well-equipped, with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and a fridge.

Our family of four with our puppy stayed here for three nights because we went out each day to Cumberland for some fantastic mountain biking. The manager offered to store our bikes in the basement under the office so we knew they were securely locked away each night. We also had breakfast every morning at the hen and hog cafe which is next to the motel and had an outdoor patio that was ideal for our group of 11. Would definitely stay here again, either for biking or skiing.
