I like the room and the bed. Microwave and the fridge is a good help plus the hotel is close to Clifton hills. The thing that I don’t like is you have to pay for the parking.

Little surprise that they charge for a breakfast that most other hotels give as complementary rooms are clean air-conditioning worked well location was excellent as far as getting around to the attractions and I like the fact they had on site parking

This was a great experience. It only had a 2 star rating so we were worried but the staff went above and beyond. We had an amazing jacuzzi in our room for only 200$/ night!!! Also, the pool was nice and when I hurt my tooth and asked for salt, the manager checked how my tooth was doing multiple times. Highly reccomend

This hotel was in a good location, rooms are large and clean. Staff is friendly. We didn't get a chance to use the pool. On-site parking was a little small and did fill up each night.

Can't get better than this property for a three-minute walk to the famous Clifton Hill and, of course, a few more minutes down to the falls! We were there four nights and loved every minute. Only used the car once to drive about 15 miles up to Lake Ontario. So convenient and yet, just far enough from the Clifton Hill hubbub for the hotel to be quiet.

Check in was a breeze! The staff were very informative and helpful . The room was very clean. The bed could use an update (wasn't the comfiest) Being so close to Clifton hill was the icing on the cake for me, walking distance to all amenities. I recommend this hotel for your next trip to Niagra falls, the price is right and you cant beat the location. Also the air conditioning in the room was excellent. :)
