I have stayed here at least four times before. I first choose your hotel for the pool and sauna, but it has not been in service before or after the Covid-19 virus. (Two years, maybe) The sink in my bathroom did not drain as fast, which was slightly clogged and you can see the unpleasantries at the top of the sink. Hygiene is important to me when staying in a hotel. I hope you use this information to better your hotel amenties and rooms, as it is conveniently located close to my family.

Front desk was very helpful. Ready to help when needed. Very clean and well maintain property inside out. Housekeeper was very friendly also. Felt like i was at home. Hopefully swimming pool and hot tub will be ready next time i check in. Overall i enjoyed the stay

We asked for a quiet, non-smoking, non-pet rooom. Got exactly that. Check in was easy and efficient. The bed was very comfortable.The only negative is that the hallway carpeting was quite stained and needs replacing. Front desk staff were very efficient and professional. It's not a fancy ritzy type of place but I whole heartedly recommend this hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay. Only criticism is that it would have been nice, after a long day of travel, if the person at the front desk would have acknowledge that a guest was there. Standing in front of him, wanting to ask a question. No else was there at the time. He was just busy cancelling room cards or something. Anyway, he could have just looked up and said “Hello! Welcome to Riviera. I’ll be right with you.” And everything would have been fine. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and have some understanding of how things should be done. A little bit of “ Hospitality” training will go a long way to increasing business and hotel reputation. Hope this bit of information will help. Thanks you.
