We chose this hotel because the price was slightly less ridiculous than other hotels in the area and it was in a very walkable area with close proximity to Granville island. The room was actually quite nice. Bed could be softer, but thats okay. But i definitely got points for the extra charge! Upon checkin, ive been charged an extra $25 per night for my second child, who is 15 years old. It appears that anyone over 12 is considered an adult in canada. No matter what age our group was 4 people and we booked he room with two double beds, so im not sure why there was an additional charge at all. Overall, it is ok.

We will return. Ideal setting. The outside is busy and noisy, but the inside was fine. I adore that they have a kitchen on the top floor. However, the sheets they use to line the blankets on beds dont stay in place, and the ones that arent cleaned frequently are quite filthy and visible. It would be preferable to have an incase with ties for cleaning both on and off. Additionally, there wasnt enough back on each bed sheet. Because it was firmly positioned, we had to remove the bed and redo it because it fit tight. Customers would appreciate new bedding, which would greatly benefit them. And im sure the staff were all excellent, welcoming, or helpful.

My family had a great time during our stay at the grand park hotel downtown. The hospitality provided by the front desk staff and the hotel manager, Shivam, added to the exceptional quality of our visit. We particularly enjoyed the common lounge and kitchen area, which were both very practical and useful. Thank you Grand park hotels downtown for making our vacation so enjoyable.

The room was quite clean, however, the furnishings, particularly the chairs, were a bit outdated. The ones i discovered on the roadside were newer than him, and the skin was flaking off. Positive attitudes are displayed by the service personnel.

The hotel was suitable for our needs. We spent one night in canada before returning home. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly, and the location was fairly convenient, with easy access to both the skytrain station and one of the hop on hop off bus stops to take the train to the airport. All guests can enjoy the penthouse, which had a lovely view. There is supper at i restaurant adjacent to this hotel, where we had no problems with our luggage being sent from the cruise terminal to your hotel and kept until we were ready to check in. Unfortunately, there are no pictures.

For four nights, we stayed in this threestar hotel. A room with two double beds cost us around $200 per night. On the top floor, there was a common kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. We used it to sleep for eight hours every day, so the room size was adequate. Its furnishings were wellmaintained but not out of date. The towels and bed linens were clean even though they were worn out and wellused. Very polite staff. I wasnt here to complain because we received what we paid for.

This was a spontaneous reservation, quite different from my usual choices. While the location was excellent, the rooms were at best just fine, and the building, although clean, felt old and rundown. I wont choose this place for my next stay.

Our room is very spacious with two beds, the bathroom is also a good size too. The price per night is absolutely reasonable. We were even able to check in early which was great. Staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

This location is highly recommended, it is easily accessible by foot (bus and skytrain only). The hotel has a good reputation for being able to guide you and recommend some locations in canada. If you are primarily relocating or visiting canada, i want to express my gratitude to mr. June for his outstanding work at the hotel. Nguyen Kha served us on the day we arrived. She was quick and generous with her recommendations, and we were ready for our 5day anniversary right away. There is only so much you can read on application, but nothing beats the recommendation of a hospitality staff. We were impressed with the functionality of the room and amenities. For if i had to choose nguYen, he would have given us ten minutes to complete our fiveday celebration. Its hardly tattered at all about 3star hotels that have utensils, water dispensers on possibly every level of hotel (we were on floor 5th), and coin laundry for reserving rooms. This place is simple and clean, perfect for sleeping at night. The room is old and the furnishings are quite worn out. But it is clean (there are no carpets in the space which helps terribly, in my opinion) and functional. $300 for twin sharing in august or summer.

The location of this hotel is excellent. There are many amenities around the hotel. Rogers arena is only a 20minute walk away, and it is close to shopping and yementown. The rooms are spotless and of incredibly large size. Since it was collapsing, the desk chair could be replaced. Although the bathroom fan is rather noisy, you only need to use it while taking ocular showers. However, there is one drawback to the room, which is that the ace fan kept turning on its own. It was very noisy and was blowing cold air. Everyone can use the hotels kitchen, as well as i have accessed tavern on the rooftop lounge area. Some of the front desk employees were extremely helpful and kind. Others simply ignored you. Before someone arrived to check on my fan issue, we made four calls to reception before someone showed up.

I gave this hotel an average rating because it does not deserve its price. For a hotel of this caliber, almost $200 per night is excessive. This is the case when the downtown location is worthless, even though it is close to major tourist attractions like staley park and harbor tower. However, the streets directly outside the hotel are filled with homeless people and drug addicts. Therefore, i would not recommend this location. Also, while you are in the city center, you wont get if you look at the surrounding buildings. The rooms are also antiquated. Nice receptionists and incredibly nice restaurants are the only positive aspects of these hotels. Breakfast is fantastic, and the food in that restaurant is excellent, as is both the atmosphere and service. But since the restaurant doesnt belong to the motel, it deserves reevaluation.
