The room was very clean..the breakfast was excellent and fresh,the staff was very friendly and polite, the only downside was the bathroom smelled as if someone had smoked cigarettes in there, but obviously not the fault of the hotel. Parking was excellent and roomy, We had a small dog as well and there was enough area to walk him and even a poop container to discard the waste

The room we booked was very clean and roomy. The property was well kept and the staff was friendly. The only thing we found could be improved is to move the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap dish to a better location in the shower. Where they were placed on the shower wall alongside the grab bar (which we didnt need but nice to see one there) made the shower very tight and small. We found ourselves knocking our elbows off them more then once. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Welcoming staff at check-in. Older venue but extremely well maintained. Every other day housekeeping policy unless instructed for daily. Spacious room for 3 people and competitively priced during 3 night weekday stay. Bathroom a bit cramped though. Liked the large table and tv interface. Beds more on the plush side for comfort level. Rotating breakfast with several hot items to get you going before exploring Toronto. Always seen personnel present to keep items filled. I did not use pool or fitness room while there. Parking lot does get full but appear more spaces with adjacent hotel. Location was ideal for what we needed but entering/exiting premises was tricky until you figure it out. Overall accommodating stay and would recommend.
