We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, we were welcomed very warmly by Lorraine at the front desk and she gave us a smooth check-in experience, explaining everything we need to know to make the most of our stay. The lobby and room was very clean and the sheets were very soft! The breakfast was amazing, offering pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, toast, omelettes, sausage, muffins, and everything in between. There was a nice patio we were able to enjoy our breakfast :) We were able to get a table each morning, but there are times when it fills up, so I suggest going relatively early or late. In the room, the hand soap, cream, and shower products were all by Dove. This may not matter to most, but the hand soap smelled really nice - not over powering - and was also moisturizing which was great for me as my hands are always dry. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was a bit small and whenever we wanted to go there were too many people in it and kids splashing around that we opted out of that experience. Maybe next time! Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely return for another stay in Collingwood. It was also a great location, really close to the downtown area, great trails, and shopping.

Power went out in this side of town. Rest was all good. There are no overnight EV chargers on facility?. The price booked on Expedia was less than what the facility charged. Front desk says that cal and talk to Expedia to fix it. They cannot do anything even after showing them the charges details on Expedia app?.

From May 31 to June 5 my wife and i accompanied our son-in-law on a house buying trip in the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach area. We stayed at the Collingwood Holiday Inn Express & Suites during this time and it was hands-down the BEST hotel experience we have ever experienced. It was always clean and offered many amenities including a breakfast that was absolutely AMAZING. While the failed real estate purchase experience with our first set of agents was absolutely horrific, it was an angel of a new real estate agent that helped our kids find their new dream home. And it was the hotel, and in particular the staff, that made the entire experience bearable. Thankyou to Pat on front desk (the hostess with the mostess), Mike in maintenance, Sara and Daneilla in the kitchen, Denver, Maria, Brittany, Zakk, and the myriad of other hotel employees we interacted with during our short stay. It was these people who made our nightmare of a real estate experience tolerable. It was these people who reminded us daily with their actions and words that there are good people out there. It was these people who became our heroes. ======================= It is now the end of the month and we have returned. It was like a family reunion seeing and speaking with everyone. And the hotel was just as equally enjoyable. It is from the bottom of our hearts we want to thank everyone for taking such good care of us. PS We plan on coming back for a visit now that we are in the area.

I stayed here with my family. The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was great, with a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations and info about the beach. The breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

Very clean room, hallways, entrance and the lobby as well as the grounds. Breakfast was more than satisfactory and offered a great variety of foods. All staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful/polite. Did not use any amenities such as the pool or gym so cannot comment on them
