This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for affordable accommodation in a great location. The A/C works well, there is cable television (although it's SD) and a fridge in the room that will freeze beverages if you set it cold enough. This is NOT the Ritz! Don't expect to live like a monarch here, but the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are a good size. Suggestions to the property include replacing all the electrical outlets as they are loose, and perhaps painting the handrails black as to not show the dirt of people touching them all the time. I can "fix up" these problems, contact me if you like.

Very welcoming the man who owns the hotel went above and beyond upgraded our room to a bigger room free of charge because we had a lot of luggage with us. He also walked us to the bus stop helping us with our luggage at 2am overall a very pleasant stay.

I decided to go on my first trip out of the country by myself recently and this hotel felt like a cozy apartment. The staff was so nice (even offered candy as soon as I walked up!) but everything was super convienient! SUPER close to a great metro stop and so close to great spots in Montreal. Next time I come up I'll stay there again :)

A short notice booking for an inexpensive room for a staycation away from the roommates led us to this is perfectly located hotel in the heart of downtown. Small room but fair for the price, has a quaint cottage feel to it. Owner was attentive and personable. No parking which is a knock against it, but otherwise highly recommended and will book again for sure

It was great place to stay while the visitatio in Mintreal. The subway and bus station are very close, and there was many place to go because it was located in downtown. I saw many great places in Motreal. They had really good hospitality. I had really great time in the hotel.

L'hotel est bien situé au centre ville de Montréal, à 2 pas de la station de métro berri uquam. La chambre était un peu petite pour 4 personnes. C'est pratique pour juste dormir simplement. Le personnel est sympathique.
