In the city of chicoutimi, it's a comfortable hotel. This hotel is old but in good condition and it's comfortable and provides great service. It's my regular hotel in the region. There is a nice brewery restaurant called Lysine about 500 meters away, which I also recommend.

If you don't want to spend the winter, this place might not be the place to stay. While staying in winter, their huge pool is the attractive feature that draws families such as ours. Even if you are not asking for assistance, the front desk is always cheerful and ready to assist. The accommodations are outdated and a little tiny, but clean. With very few cushions, the mattresses are comfy. To have more cushions sent up, you must contact the front desk. The towels are not stingy. The pool is fantastic! It is large and warm, and the large window allows for plenty of light. There are suites with pools that are more expensive, but it can be a part of the experience. Excellent and helpful service.

Excellent accommodation. Trails are right outside your door. Good food and a snowmobiling shelter. The hot tub is a great place to unwind after a day of riding. I was given a room on the ground floor which was ideal. I will be back next year

The room size is big, and the facilities here are so good, even the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The restaurant and bar are so good.

The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two double beds and a large flat screen. To go down to the nice swimming pool, robes are provided. There were towels. There was also a spa. The restaurant was ok, but I would have preferred a slightly larger variety of food options. Supermarkets and shopping malls are not that far away. I'm very happy with the rate we were able to receive the room. Plenty of parking space. I would return.
