The rooms were great, very quiet and the shower was good. Everything was very clean, so full respect to the ancillary staff. No wifi in the room, but it is fine in the lobby and tbh you are out and about all day so no real need for it. Breakfast all day was great and there was a sainsburys local next door to buy cheap food and make it in the oven or microwave whatever you like.

This place is cool, and the location is ideal. This place has a very nice staff. I was uncomfortable with the people who were with me messing with my things and then taking my bed, although that is a normal part of budget travel. The accommodation is also quite pleasant and clean.

The staff were nice and helpful. The location was good, the room was fancy. Bad cleanliness and water pressure in the bathroom should be improved. Not many opportunities to interact with other guests.

For a last minute trip to Cardiff, we stayed here overnight. The location was excellent, the rooms were cozy and cute, with a lot of privacy, and the sleeping spaces were cozy and cozy. However, the building was unbearably hot on the basement floor, making it a rather unpleasant experience. The floors were filthy, the front desk staff was unfriendly, the restroom was unclean, and the wifi was not available in the rooms. Only in the reception area did it work. If youre only looking for a place to unwind and don't intend to use many of the amenities, this place might be suitable. The beds and position were excellent, but otherwise, I would not suggest it.

This place has a great location in the heart of the city. The staff made us cookies and banana bread and the kitchen and theme throughout the building are both very cute. The beds are not very comfortable at all, and some of the employees were not very competent but some of the employees were amazing and very helpful. The bed is very uncomfortable at all., lots of toilets and room in the bedroom.
