We only spent one night at the property but the room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of downtown Toronto from the 49th floor. If you are attending a concert at Roger’s this is the place to stay. Walking distance was the selling point for us!

My stay at Maple Suites was amazing! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the suite itself was beautifully organized and spotless. It truly made me feel at home. The view was absolutely stunning and added so much to the experience. Communication was clear and easy on both sides, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this suite and will absolutely be booking again in the future!

Clean and ready to go. Everything I needed. The self entry process was simple and worked great. The unit itself has everything necessary to make meals including the full size fridge and complete stove and oven. Important to me because of family food allergies. I have never bothered looking for hotels in this immediate area in the past thinking they’d be a small fortune. The price here was great. Minutes walk to everything I needed. The owner was constantly in contact to be sure everything was working out. Highly recommend this for your next downtown stay.

The location of this condo is fantastic and doesn’t get any better for exploring the highlights of downtown Toronto. The layout of the condo was nice offering a twin bed in addition to the main bedroom. It was great to have a kitchen available for meals in as there’s a Longos grocery store across the street. The washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses which came in useful. Our daughter loved the balcony and spent a lot of time sitting outside. Overall our stay was really good. However, there are a few small things that could elevate the property. While there are two separate outlets in the bathroom, neither was functional. As the front closet is blocked by the bed (and filled with cleaning supplies) it lacks storage for coats and jackets. Hooks on the entrance wall would be very helpful. Additional hangers in the bedroom would also be good. While there was a lot of toilet paper and paper towels, there was no Kleenex or tea towels (for washing one or two dishes). Additionally, there were no face cloths, and the towels smell a little musty. The building is well kept and clean but the elevators take a long time as one of the three were broken so we found ourselves waiting a lot for the elevator. I would definitely stay in the building again.
