This motel is where I have stayed twice, one to a family funeral and another to a visitor. During both encounters, I stayed in the same room. The size was very accommodating, and the cleanliness was outstanding. I felt as though I was traveling with a family member rather than staying in a hotel, as the owner was quite accommodating. The restaurant next door is impressive, but not fantastic, and there are excellent spots in the city. Being from the U.S., I like that there is a restaurant next door. Breakfast is also served there.

I've stayed here twice previously. I've always had the pleasure of sleeping in the same room. This time, I stayed in the same room. The room was big enough for one person. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. The tiles in the tub area could be cleaned better it would be better. This visit was with a new owner. He was very patient and kind. I had been driving for many hours and it was late. He charged me erroneously. It was a bit of a hardship for both of us, but it was fixed and all was well. It is not warm because the motel is situated in a different way. It would be helpful if the motel switched on the heat in the rooms before the guests came so it didn't take too long for the guests to become comfortable. I stayed here during warmer weather and the air conditioning worked well.

This is the former station turned motel. When I stayed there on the rail, the room we stayed in was actually a backroom kitchen. The motel is clean and quiet, but there is no elevator to get to the second floor.

The price is not worth what I get. I'll be in this area again in the future. We'll stay somewhere else. We stayed here for two nights on a weekend getaway. The motel is in a historic old train station. Lovely idea. The two of us stayed in a room with one double bed. The room was tiny.. Really small but very clean. The double bed took up the majority of the space. There was a little fridge which was appreciated. There is no phone in the room, no clock, no bedside table, and a small amount of towels in the bathroom. Really not much else there. Bring your hairdryer. It is quite bare bones. Our alarming alarming was the door lock system. The only lock was a push-turn lock like a typical home bathroom. No chain lock., no deadbolt. A little unsettling. The walls are thin, and every sound from the hallway is very audible. Footsteps, voices, doors closing... At all times. The building's front door is locked at all times. And no one is on duty after 9 a.m. It is overpriced for what is offered. We plan to visit the area again next year.
