Wonderful night's stay in a superbly well maintained motel that rivals most hotels. The complimentary breakfast is not a mere formality, but a nicely arranged buffet with diverse items, something for everyone. The beds are super comfortable. Each room has a dedicated parking spot. So many nice touches.

A classic, old-school roadside motel that truly delivers where it counts. While the exterior looks simple, our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were great, and they provided high-quality toiletries. A huge plus was the shower, which had stronger water pressure than many big-chain hotels I’ve stayed at. This is a family-run property, and it’s clear that Peter and his family work incredibly hard to provide top-notch service. The continental breakfast was generous with plenty of options (just keep in mind there are no pancakes or waffles if you are looking for a hot breakfast). The attention to detail and cleanliness in the breakfast room was stellar, and the front garden is beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property, just a few minutes from downtown Yarmouth! It is very clean, nicely maintained and the owners are so friendly. It is also very quiet and away from the road We had a good breakfast that was included in the price.

Motel room was clean and bright, beds were very comfortable and sheets were nice quality, not scratchy, shower head had great water pressure and the water was really hot. It was a nice comfortable stay and very affordable.

Room very cosy n comfortable staff so very nice n helpful.It’s not tourist season yet so no restaurant n no iron for ironing my dress which l needed but managed without .n l thought room was suppose to have a kitchenette but didn’t had a microwave n fridge though .we made it all work out n we enjoyed our stay rooms are very cute n surprisingly quite for being on main road .Highly recommend staying here

Easy check and friendly staff. Rooms somewhat updated but not fully, regardless, the room we stayed in was very clean. We stayed during a winter storm and the staff did their best to stay on top of snow removal to make it easier for guests to get in and out of their rooms and drive in/out of the property. I would stay here again, hopefully in the spring/summer!
