I really like my 9 person dinner to celebrate my wedding anniversary! I'm very satisfied with this place. The apartment is spacious, the staff is very helpful and the location is good. And then there's the good point that this place has a great 5 star service.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and pleasant. I have a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back to this hotel again. I was there for a 3-day conference. Our suite was on the first floor and I was able to breathe deeply each time I entered my room. The room and other amenities were clean and well-maintained. Thank you for making me feel at ease.

We have been planning a stay at this location for a long time, and we finally made it. We really enjoyed it! Beautiful piece of history in fantastic original condition. Amazing personnel! We even chose to stay a second night. We had a room with a private bathroom on the first one and had reserved a bunk room for the second night, which unfortunately was under renovation, so we stayed in the historic double cell, which was also fantastic. The most amazing thing was being able to explore the location freely, read all the information everywhere, and just get a sense of it. We went to different locations several times every day and a few nights at night to see the place. The location is absolutely haunted. The uneasy feeling and the presence of something are unquestionably present. Overall, it was a great experience. Without a doubt, we'll return!.

We stayed in a bunk bed cell and it was surprisingly spacious for two people. The hostel also offers historical tours of the jail join a walking haunted tour company if you want to learn about ghost stories.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They answered all our questions and did everything to make our stay wonderful. However, the breakfast was not good. In the case of a special person who is gluten-free or vegan, like us, there is hardly any option for a higher breakfast. For example, we asked for plant-based milk for breakfast, but there was no of it or gluten-free bread etc. I believe that offering these choices in every place is now a necessity.

The place was clean, quaint, and charming, the owner named Sabine was very friendly and sweet. It's in a great position, and there are various local attractions close by.

We will definitely stay at the Swiss Inn again. Despite the fact that we encountered some homeless people living in the neighborhood, we always felt secure because we were far from the hotel. The place is quite convenient and really peaceful, even on a night when the fireworks show was not far away. There are five parks and lodges for $12 per day.

The employees here were really kind, especially Chris and all the employees who make us stay with this hotel. I was very welcomed and treated well. The place is in a perfect position. The byword market, the idea center, and many stores are all within walking distance, as is the rest area.

I have already recommended it to others. The hotel was in a nice area and was very clean. All the staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. There were waffles that you could make for breakfast which was a highlight for me. But, the price is lower than other hotels in the area.

I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, but I was traveling with my two kids, ages 13 and 15, looking for a new experience that they would find interesting. This definitely met the bill. We reserved three individual single cells. I would aft and a washroom at the end of the hallway and showers at the other end. Due to a coup situation, the kitchen and breakfast rooms and common areas were not accessible at the time they had just recently returned. You could see that they were restoring the hotel to tip-top condition, but that did not detract from the experience. The staff was excellent, and we did a tour that they had just begun, which was quite interesting. Nice location and very close to most of what you would like to see.

Wonderful onebedroom apartment. Full kitchen, laundry. dishwasher. The staff was extremely helpful. The location near the Byword Market and the Idea Center is very convenient, with both great restaurants and great places to get food for meals. Highly recommended. Would return. My wife said I was able to set a lovely table in our apartment suite for a 9 person dinner that I prepared for friends who were at our wedding 10 years ago in Otta. As I moved to the states after my marriage, returning to celebrate our 10 th anniversary was extremely meaningful. Les Suites apartment was the perfect apartment and fantastic kitchen! The space was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful in everything I needed to execute this dinner. Les Suites helped us have a truly lovely special stay and I can't thank or praise their service enough. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean, and inviting. I have stayed in hotel suites before, but Les Suites have far superior.

We stayed in a king-size room. It was a large room and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bigger than usual refrigerator. The wifi worked well. Breakfast was great and had many options. The price was good value. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If we return, we would stay at Les Suites again. With our young teens, we spent a long weekend in Okta. Les Suites was in an ideal location! Close to the Byword Market, the Parliament Building, and other important sites. Our family suite, our bedroom, gave us a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day. There is a lot of space for the four of us. Beds were cozy, and a complete kitchen was beneficial for hungry teenagers. We had a couple of minor issues, but after consulting with management, they were very accommodating and resolved the issue.

We go to Otta several times a year to either drop off or pick up our son at university. Normally, we stay in a Marriott downtown, but it isn't always inexpensive. The Swiss hotel pleasantly surprised us. Our room was clean and well-appointed. The bed has a big fluffy duvet and the pillows were exactly what we liked. Our room wasn't particularly large, but that was a choice. Although they have larger rooms, they do have larger ones. We merely chose a more reasonably priced one. We were able to get one room for two nights for the same price of one night at the Marriott. How cool is that? There aren't many parking, but we were able to get a parking spot on the same street and parked for free. The owner is lovely and welcoming. Coffee and tea are included in the price, and there is a garden out back. I would without a doubt suggest this hotel, and we will certainly be back in the fall.

I stayed for two nights with my friend. The rooms in the cell were cozy, clean, and have an outlet! The staff were very friendly and the tour was very cool. Thank you so much, Sean, the front desk worker at night. He was very welcoming and accommodating.
