Honestly really nice place, it definitely felt like a student dorm but a good one! And like all the other reviews: the breakfast was amazing!!! HUGE university style buffet.

Front desk staff is really rude, very unprofessional but it’s worth the stay and you only have to talk to them twice, hopefully. Place is awesome, affordable and in a really great location. The complimentary breakfast is amazing! Legit. Stayed in a suite with private bathroom on the third floor. It was really clean and quiet. Easy temp control. Probably would not stay on the third floor again, there is a communal balcony and dudes were throwing frisbees that hit our window and kept looking in. So that was weird and uncomfortable but the blinds pull down and it was only one night. Overall, will stay there again for sure!

Both security and check in staff were extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast selections, lots of veggies and smoothie in additional to traditional cereals and pancakes. Keep in mind that this hotel is primarily a functioning dorm. All your basic needs will be met but dont expect white glove service. On site parking is operated by a difference vendor but fairly priced. Excellent location, walkable to everything.

A great option if you need something cheep and don’t plan on staying in your room much. It’s perfect for traveling and doing the tourist thing. And the breakfast was great especially with a trip where you’re walking a lot.

No complaints. For what I paid for what I got, I'm very happy! Rooms are clean & comfortable with free breakfast that's quite good. This property is very well located for traveling around Toronto by foot, car, or transit. Location is totally fantastic! Amenities are everywhere around this location too! Loblaws supermarket & the subway station being so close is a total bonus for me for convenience & ease of travel.
