The hotel is old but wellmaintained. The rooms are very clean. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Noise level. If you are on the first floor, you may hear a lot of noise at night due to business on both sides of the hotel. We stayed on 6th floor at the back which was great. Decent beds and prices.

I am satisfied because i consider the full kitchenette and excellent gym access, as well as the friendly staff, to be well worth the admittedly loud club noise at night. The kitchen is fully adequate for me to cook for myself for a week. Although the cooking tools are minimal (no spatula? ), they were simple for us to locate at one of the several grocery stores nearby. Nesters is highly recommended. Fitness world is conveniently located around the corner, and gym passes are available. Its incredibly spacious and fully equipped, with hardly any crowd. For me, having access to reputable fitness facilities is genuinely advantageous, which is an added bonus. There are minor issues, such as dingy upholstery on the couch, slipping kitchen faucets with backward hot and cold plumbing, glitchy keurig machines, etc., or raucous bathroom fans. However, everything was satisfactory, there were no real complaints. You can read many reviews about club music. Be prepared for that! From 10 until 5 p. M. After 3 e.M. In banal club songs are loud, relentless, monotonous, booming bass from 10 ft to 5 in the morning. Given all the drug use here?. Even from the fourth floor, they seemed to carry on right next to me! If you can manage this noise, it is worthwhile. I would stay here again if

The building is a heritage building, so the architecture is amazing! Amazing customer support from both management and staff. From the upgrade of my wheelchair to the amazing parking assistance, i felt valued. They went above and beyond moving cars around so ive got stowed my side ramp for my scooter. The location was perfect for our agenda. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would have used 3.5 stars if there had been a 4.5 rating because 4 is too much and i avoid 3. Since the front desk manager did address the issues, ive avoided 3. The location and price are unbeatable. The rooms are adequate and have tidiness. In the lobby, there is free coffee and tea. There is prompt response from the reception manager to resolve issues. I cant say the same thing for the staff. For $35 overnight parking seems too expensive for me, so ill find something for $19 outside. Although breakfast is included, my breakfast was far superior. A thoughtful gesture is that even unless you dont stay at the hotel again, you will receive this service for free despite having to leave your bags outside for ten days later during your visit.

The location is excellent, easily accessible by public transportation. Our family was incredibly accommodating by the supervisor. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, it was an amazing experience!.

The quality inn hotel was the ideal location for my son and me, located in the center of downtown, close to a childrens park. A pleasant stroll from sunset beach. There is still much exploration to do. And the staff were friendly and helpful, we were upgraded to our room and had rearranged our accommodation so that it was quiet without any noise from the main road.

The rooms are small. We drew a bath and it was dusty. But aside from that, the room is nice enough and clean. The tv was still in demo mode, but we easily fixed that and we can plug our own things in via hdmi. I chose this hotel mostly because of its location right on Granville, which was actually very convenient. Walking up and down Granvilla and davie and being able to return to our hotel super fast and easy was the best part! Service was excellent. Staff were always cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. On the day we checked out, we were unable to check our bags at the front desk because our flight wasnt until later.

The images do not accurately represent the actuality. Most rooms are looking into one another, while others are viewing a street with homeless people or an alley that is more dangerous. There is scum everywhere, and the conditions to help those in need are dreadful. Expect to see crack pipes being loaded and smoked right in front of the hotel and all other hotels in the area. The staff is friendly, but you quickly realize this is par for the course because everyone in this city is extra friendly. Everyone is kind, accepting, helping, no road rage, or no walking by jay. All things considered, the staffs service level was below average for their locality at best. Locationwise, if you are good with an expensive hostel, youll find yourself in center of everything. This could be good or bad depending on what you want. Best wishes.

I stayed here and was thrilled to find something so close to downtown hub, central to all shopping, and everything in between. My stay at the hotel was subpar despite its location, but i thought the front desk staff was friendly and nice. When he woke up, kati, the server who served me the complimentary breakfast meal, gave me his warmest welcome and made me feel like a customer and cared for. Kati is incredibly representative of this hotels service.

Will definitely stay again. Excellent location, a free upgrade to suite was provided. The restaurant and bar were both quite interesting. Everything is within walking distance. There was commotion in the rooms, and the beds were cozy. Although parking is expensive at $35, the staff did move it to an underground spot.

My family of six stayed here for 5 nights for the family long weekend. We loved the location and our room. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Mukul helped my family have a great stay in Vancouver. I felt very safe at the hotel. No issues with any homeless. Also there is sytaylord on the same block. Great place! We will definitely be back next year.

Excellent location. With everything nearby. Keep in mind that, on weekends, the streets of downtown are typically safe, but it seemed secure. Although a little below expectations, room was more than adequate. No refrigerator. In case someone needs sanitize the room, and the size of the space was comparatively smaller than the 4mal with no mirror except for the bathroom. I normally give 4 stars, however, they allowed us to check in early, saving us countless hours. So, unquestionably 5star service.

The location of this hotel is in the center of Granville street. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and professional. They really value guest feedback. I had a great experience with the wifi for my Zoom calls. If you want some peace and privacy, request i ask for t h higher floor. Highly recommended if you need stowage in downtown vancouver with topnotch service.
