Enjoyed our stay ideal for people going to Scotiabank arena, as the condo is directly across from it.

First time staying here and we loved it. Check-in/out was easy and we had no issues. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay however it was not at the location I originally booked through Expedia. We booked 14 York St near the Scotiabank arena advertised as THE ONE. This was to walk to Raptors games. My wife doesnt have great mobility so this was important. To our surprise the actual location "changed"? to 300 Front St. Great for Jays games but not Raptors basketball during a Toronto cold snap. I want our host to be aware of this misinformation on Expedia to hopefully get it corrected asap.

It has a bug porch and it has a perfect amount of space with all things included and has a beautiful home feeling. Very fun and comfortable place to stay.

Great location to downtown and all the major sporting venues. Elevators were a bit tricky but overall the apartment was great spot for the weekend.

Well located and comfortable. The building was undergoing renos on most floors so it was a bit noisey, but managable.

Everything was wonderful! The parking was easy and accessible, the area around the building was safe and had access to the mall, restaurants, the stadium, cn tower, and the room its self had a great view with plenty of space! The only issue was that the address on Expedia was incorrect and threw us off as we arrived. Other than that I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a room in the city for a good price.

Excellent location! Secure building. The unit is a bit weathered, older, not enough towels/face cloths and not as clean as other places. Garbage chute in building wasn’t working but cleaned before we left early in the morning. Owner is nice and got back to us quickly with answers to questions

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment where the 3rd bedroom was a closet with a futon and curtains for the door.

I will never stay at this property again. The managers use a "bait and switch" to get you to pay for a nice-looking unit on their website and then claim it is no longer available and give you an "upgrade"! We were looking forward to a city view for our romantic getaway and instead looked into another building and could not even go outside because the deck was not shovelled. We would have preferred the balcony that we paid for on the website. The building was under renovation and, therefore, was noisy and dusty, with light bulbs hanging from the ceiling in the hallways and construction noises preventing us from sleeping in and relaxing. The management did send us pictures of the unit but DID NOT mention the construction and the pictures showed a view we did not have. We also couldn't access the advertised spa. We tried to contact the booking agency by text, phone, email and through the Hotels.com website asking for a partial refund as this is not what we paid for. Unfortunately, we heard nothing back. This is an atrocious business practice! The place did provide coffee and shampoo, etc., in the washrooms, but the furniture was broken, and the beds were smaller than what we paid for. Overall, it was a rip-off, and the management did not communicate when we expressed disappointment.

We were told we were double booked the day before our trip. We did not receive our new booking until we were many hours into our drive to Toronto. There was a lack of information involving parking and check out.

Accommodation was not at the booked address so no longer convenient to where I needed to be, TV in lounge didn’t work, no washer/dryer as described, blinds missing lots of slats so no privacy in bedroom and bright as day at night time. Extremely disappointed, ruined my holiday.

Because of poor reviews we confirmed with the owner that there was a balcony, underground parking and the exact address of the building before booking. We were given an address that took us to the wrong building when using GPS, we parked, went in only to learn that there was a different parkade and we had wasted $24 on 10 minutes of parking. After many communications with the owner we were sent a video that showed how to get to the private garage for parking. We had driven past it at least five times but the lack of signs and correct address made it very confusing. The worst part was that there was NO ACCESS TO THE BALCONY! There was a balcony but you could not use it, the door had been decommissioned and you could not get outside. This made the stay horrible as we had someone who suffered from claustrophobia. We could not see out the windows they were so filthy. It was a terrible experience, I will surely trust poor reviews in the future.
