12 York Street. Could not beet the view from balcony of Rogers Centre and the tower. Condo is clean, but is a little older not brand new. If doing anything downtown I would highly recommend this property as never more than a 10 minute walk to any attraction downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping right out the door. I would for sure use this property again if doing things in downtown Toronto. They had changed our address on us about a month before our trip but they confirmed the condo type would be same as booking and it was. Host always responded quickly to any questions and other contact we had.

Had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and Union Station. Customer support was responsive and helpful, accommodating my late checkout request without any issues. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay in downtown Toronto.

We stayed here for 5 nights using it as a base for various activities in the city centre. The location is excellent for the baseball and Scotiabank arena. It is also close to Union station and shops. The apartment was great. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We were on the 27th floor and had a great view across to the lake. The only minor downside were the queues for the elevators.

A wonderful location! Perfect for attending sporting events, theatre or tourist attractions. A great grocery store is across the street and connected by tunnel. Had a question and they got back to me right away. So nice to have kitchen and laundry facilities!

Property was great. The unit was falling into a bit of disrepair nothing major peeled paint water stains on the roof bad caulking around the bathroom sink. Dishwasher doesn’t close properly minor leak just small annoying things.

No wifi or parking with this unit. Only one set of keys and door FOB for unit. Place was clean and comfortable, but building itself is in a bit of disrepair and there is no onsite front desk to call for assistance if you encounter an issue.

I'm not a complainer, but here are some things I noticed: 1) no towel racks in the bathroom; 2) no bathtub stopper; 3) broken shower caddy; 4) bathroom door stop missing rubber stopper; 5) very tight space - no dresser to unpack clothes; 6) uncomfortable sofa and bed - terrible pillows and uncomfortable mattress; 7) vertical blinds missing slats; 8) microwave directions worn out; 9) kitchen sink stopper doesn't work; 10) no dishrack; 11) no light over the table; 12) no trays to make ice cubes. So, although the location is great, we were somewhat disappointed.

The place was clean. Instructions to obtain the keys were precise and easy. Although almost everything you needed was there, a few points of upgrading could be had. Bathroom could have used face cloths, a place to hang towels as the curtain rod was flimsy. Kitchen could have used a plug for the sink, tea towel and a corkscrew. Bedroom could have used a place to put your suitcase. Kitchen chairs were uncomfortable to sit on for longer than a short time but did serve its purpose. The unit is said that 6 people could stay there but you would be cramped. Luckily we were just 2 people and we had some friends over and it was just fine.

We were given the wrong address for this property, which messed up our itinerary for our trip. When we got to the room, there were crumbs on the furniture and stains on almost all the sheets and towels. Definitely not correctly advertised.

No existe una propiedad tal como me la ofrecieron, fue un engaño, en el domicilio marcado 255 wellington street, está un hotel totalmente diferente, me contactaron y me mandaron a una torre de condominios y donde me asignaron a un lado pasa una autopista o expeedway que tiene un ruido constante de vehículos circulando, exijo una compensación, yo escogí lo que ofrecieron por las características y ubicación y era falso, no decía nada al respecto y me mandaron a donde quisieron, como extranjero y primera vez en Toronto tuve que ir a ese lugar en lugar de quedarme en la calle, que mal, de qué sirvió ser cliente GOLD

I can't think of a more disgusting place to stay. That was easily the filthiest college dorm, let alone a "hotel". Graffiti all over the bathroom. Two of three shower stalls out of service and the last one was so grimy you almost couldn't use it. So gross. The room itself is a standard dorm room, but with a terrible mattress (plastic coated so the sheets fell off every time you moved) and filth everywhere. The coving (base boards) were so grimy that it's clear the housing staff have not cleaned them or replaced them in years. Misleading advertising and an awful stay. Really soils the reputation of an elite university to subject your guests to such filthy conditions.

Check-in was a nightmare. Originally scheduled for 4:00 pm. Keynote code was invalid, reason being the cleaning crew were still there. Got keys and fob at 4:45 after phoning support, had difficulty in reaching a representative. Upon leaving for our event, much difficulty in locking up the door. And our return past midnight again the lock and key were working. After fiddling for about 10 minutes we were able to enter.
