Quaint little boutique hotel. The lobby is charming and full of life and people. The decor is a bit of a retro feel either the theme of an old train station. No view from hotel as it is smack in the middle of the city (not close to water) but a great value hotel. Would come back.

We have stayed here a number of times now, and will continue to do so when visiting Toronto. The location is great for sightseeing, eating out, and shopping. The staff are friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable without being too intrusive. We would recommend getting the breakfast option with your stay as we found it to be really good value (and really good tasting, too). The only issue we had was the in-room coffee. The manual pour-over system is awkward, messy, and time-consuming and the coffee itself isn’t great (although the coffee in the lounge is quite good!). The rooms are smaller than some, but they are well-appointed, comfortable, and clean: the price point also more than makes up for the coziness!

This is our favourite stay in Toronto! It is in a great walkable location and we love the decor and simplicity of this hotel. Parking is an added bonus as is the cafe within the hotel. Highly reccomend - have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book.

This hotel is a gem. The staff were all lovely and super helpful; I had some issues checking in (which was totally my fault because I’d left my physical bank card at home some 3000 miles away) but they made sure to sort it out as efficiently as possible. The room was a good size with good storage space, a fridge and the TV had app access and the ability to cast from your device. I also liked that there were water dispensers on each floor so I could fill up my water bottle whenever I needed to for free. There were also usb a + c slots in the wall so even though I brought a Canadian plug with me, I didn’t need it :) The lobby is a nice space to hang out in (there are plug sockets dotted around here also) and the restaurant has some good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay here again!
