I am surprised by the number of favorable reviews this hotel has received, as I can't see anything positive except it's location. There are two subway stations within 500 meters, and many restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops are within walking distance. However, the apartment was not clean, the kitchen was complete, there were 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 bowls, and 2 sets of forks, knives, and spoons. When we asked for kitchen utensils, a box of poor quality aluminium pots arrived with a ladle and a cutting board but no knives. Totally useless if you plan to stay more than a few days. The hotel's information about the area is very basic and directs you to the reception for details. However, if you are not a Spanish speaker, you won't get the information you require. None of it service, amenities, facilities, or lodging comfort is adequate, which is a shame because the location is great, but we saw a dozen other apartment hotels in the area and it's worth looking elsewhere.

The city of Santoago needs such places. You can walk around the city of Santoago on this apartment block at your leisure, in the ideal location. Situated near the Tobalaba metro stop, it offers unusual advantages for quick travel to all of the must-see areas of Santoago, as well as intriguing espionage, such as the central cemetery, the fine arts museum belles arts, the museum remembrance, and civil rights, all about what a dictatorship does to individuals. You'll find incredible restaurants in the el mosque neighborhood, which is close to the apartment building. A gorgeous view of this magnificent chilean wine that you just purchased at the Costanera center invites you to unwind on your spacious suite's terrace and consume a lovely glass of outstanding chilean wine in the evening. The free brunch is simple and is provided by lovely local ladies who greeted you with a smile each morning with freshly brewed coffee, and warm bread. But with all these goodies, you'd expect them to paint the walls, repair or replace the cushions of the seats in the living area, and display some local artwork to combat any flaws. These may seem minor issues, but it would make this fantastic location even more outstanding. Yet, if they retain the price as it is, it will make you pay more in good faith

All the things that this hotel has to offer are excellent, namely the cleanliness and a good apartment. No complaints from me!

We stayed two nights on a far too cruise from Valparaiso, the room was adequate for three people and good value, but the kitchen was outdated and old, and the gondola was a health hazard and wouldn't want to cook there. Very good location for access to Costaneva Mall and Hill Park, gondola is a must, a quick walk away, and a clean and secure neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff, and excellent on-site taxi, got him to take us to Valparaiso, not the most expensive option, but great service, we even stopped at a winery on the way. Breakfast is sufficient but I'd like a week of it. Noise at night, but it is in the city center, so it's to be expected.
