Lindo lugar , rico desayuno , La gente que atiende un 7. Solo que la aplicación donde solicite la reserva me confirmo que estaba ok pero no habían habitaciones. Pero ellos muy amables nos dirigieron a otro hotel.

O lugar é aconchegante, os funcionários da recepção são muito amáveis, agradáveis e fazem de tudo para lhe atender. Seguramente a melhor parte do hotel. Achei a condição dos banheiros precária e o serviço de café da manhã pode melhorar bastante. Apesar desses pontos não positivos, recomendo o hotel pelo excelente atendimento dos recepcionistas.

ótimo atendimento .funcionários educados prestativos e muito interessados em receber bem.o hotel e pequeno apenas doze quartos café continental simples,mas com os preços praticados na cidade compensa .O hotel está entre duas estações de metro próximo parque Bustamante e perto de vários bares e restaurantes de bom preço.está há três quadras do pátio Buena Vista um complexo de bares e restaurantes.

I'm disappointed with this place, but it's not worth the money. When I asked about the service, the clerk was very kind. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was full of hair and dust. The manager hasn't arranged the room and it's an option if you can understand the instructions and befriend the boss. They were very kind. But when I requested some sleep, the staff was nice.

The location was very good. All the staff were very pleasant and good at treating us well. The room was as good as the hotel could be. No elevator, I'm handicapped, and breakfast is very poor, I have to climb 4 floors. Despite the tiny size, it only fits the bed.

When we visit Santiago again, we will undoubtedly stay here! We stayed here for five nights and had a great time! On a peaceful street lined with charming houses, this hotel is very welcoming right away. The personnel are courteous, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is simple but full. But there was a slight temperature issue in the rooms, but that's not our only complaint. The hotel is in a great location, and both the metro and other major attractions are close by.

Lovely hotel. The staff were really nice. The room was small, but comfortable. The only problem I had was that my room was next to the laundry, so I could hear the washing machine going all day. Nice included breakfast and good wi-fi.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado e é muito bonito. Os quartos são pequenos porém confortáveis. O banheiro também é confortável porém pouco funcional, apesar do chuveiro ser muito bom, as cortinas plásticas ficam grudando no corpo durante o banho, e se colocamos elas para fora, imunda totalmente o banheiro. Seria muito util se o Hotel investisse em um box de vidro. Esse foi o único inconveniente, de resto o Hotel é bem agradável e tem um terraço com uma vista incrível da cidade.
