Un lugar muy buen ubicado, limpio, personal muy amable. A futuro sugiero poner doble vidrio en las piezas porque el ruido nocturno de los alrededores es increíble. Desayuno muy bueno. Voy por trabajo asi que los alrededores no me interesan mayormente.

Best to stay in Downtown Concepcion. Compare to El Araucano this has a real parking lot. That's what make the difference.

This hotel was not what we expected. It is older and it shows. Still, the beds were comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The staff are great! We liked the food very much. We stayed only one night but it was memorable.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. I have a wonderful room on the 5 th floor for the first time over 8 days. After 3 days, I made a second reservation for 3 nights. I lowered the cost because they informed me they would only reimburse me for 73. 00 dollars. Then, everything starts badly. I walked into the hotel. The room wasnt a pleasant one, but it was a wellknown one, with no wifi Internet, and I requested a different room, but the employees claimed all other rooms were wizards. This was not true. When I checked out, the staff looked at me in pesos, and when I exchanged the currency, it was 83, 00 dollars. I haughty with the woman, but they ignored me, and my driver was putting up outside, so I cant spend more time and accept this for the time being. Using an email, I reached out to the hotel. The response is still in the works, but it is still less than a day. Fait some lovely rooms, excellent service, and staff, but a few are complete flaws. More favorable than negative.

Stunning location in the center of Concept with excellent service from all staff. There is also a bar and a restaurant inside which is comfortable. The room was very good and glad the hotel was chosen.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights while visiting once. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious eggs, meat, bread, cereal, cakes, coffee, juices, fresh fruit, etc and was included in the room price. Free wifi worked well in all areas of the hotel we used. The heater worked well. We were in a street-facing room, but the windows kept the noise out rather well. I think that if the window was open, the noise would have been a little too loud for me. Everything in the room was in good condition, and there was not a single maintenance or cleaning issue during our stay.

The customer service here was excellent and only had 4 stars. And then, the pool facilities here were not very cool. After that, the breakfast was very good, so it was a lot of carbs, sweets cupcakes, and coffee. Besides that, there was one more thing, you can find some inexpensive wine by bottle here. Then, the gym was 2 ellipticals with no treadmill. After that, they serve cheap wine by bottle. Afterward, the manager has always given such impeccable service that can make you feel comfortable. The last one is the waitress was fantastic, she never sees that the staff was so friendly, she very never sees that the room had problems, plus she can not even give me any bathroom towel, which is what i got, and the room wasn't soundproof.
