La ubicación del hotel está muy buena. La habitación era limpia y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno, bastante completo. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Como el desayuno se sirve recién a partir de las 7:30 y nosotros teníamos que hacer el check out a las 5:30, igual nos prepararon un snack bastante completo para llevar.

I liked this hotel a lot. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke english which made things easier for me. I arrived at night and the area was a littlecreepylooking, but when I came out in the morning I found myself in the middle of a bustling shopping area. There were shops and outdoor seating to eat and many venders. I felt very safe in this area and had many places to choose from to eat. The hotel is old and the pictures don't exactly match, but it's clean, it smells clean. My room was freshly painted and looked great in the sunlight. One negative would be that my mattress was lumpy, but I would stay again.

I loved everything about the property. The staff was beyond wonderful, my room was fantastic, I loved how close I had everything I’m talking about steps from the hotel. Getting an Uber can be a little difficult because of the way the street is but honestly every time I go to Chile I manage on the metro it’s the fastest way around plus the station is a couple blocks away from the hotel it’s perfect.

Su ubicación es relativamente buena, cerca hay una tienda 24 horas. La habitación estaba limpia, aunque había ruido por el aire acondicionado de afuera durante la noche. Lo mejor fue el desayuno, hay variedad, buen café, y el personal de cocina muy amable.
