The hotel is on the top of a hill not very close to the center so it has to be walk. However, all the rest was perfect. Hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean and well equipped, staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk to. Breakfast is quite good and served in a nice environment. I recommend this hotel.

It was away from city center and therefore quiet, especially on the back deck overlooking the city. We had a streetside room so opening the window in the morning was not a good idea. The staff was very helpful.

Apesar de ter ficado apenas uma noite, só posso elogiar este hotel super agradável, ótimos funcionários, quarto aconchegante, boa higiene, café da manhã excelente, e o melhor fica por conta do terraço com uma vista de ficar por horas admirando. A localização tem pontos positivos, como a tranquilidade, pois é afastado do centro, a praça próxima que é linda, um mercado próximo, e um ponto negativo por ter que caminhar uns 20 minutos para chegar a restaurantes e bares.

The hotel is located right above a great walking area during the day. If you’re coming to Valpo to experience the street art, this is a good choice. Some of the rooms have great sweeping views of the city next to the bed. A nice touch. Service was excellent, very friendly staff.

This hotel is perfect, with a price tag to match. Views to the city and sea are stunning and the interior is new and stylish. The only lesser thing is the uphill hike to reach it. Get a cab or a bus, if you dont feel fit for it. The beautiful cerros are a walk away (this one downhill!) with loads of quality bars, cafes and restaurants. Lovely staff!

Hôtel situé légèrement à l'écart.Une petite marche de 20 minutes permettant de découvrir Valparaiso vous mènera au port. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et la vue depuis la terrasse agréable. Gros plus à Valparaiso le parking protégé. Personnel très sympatique

Wir waren überwältigt von der Lage des Hotels mit dem tollen Blick über die Stadt und das Meer. Für die Sicherheit der Gäste wird bestens gesorgt, das Auto konnte in einem abgeschlossenen Innenhof geparkt werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß ist man schnell, ca. 10 Minuten, in einem der Zentren der Stadt.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel and was very happy with my room and the service. The breakfast was a self-serve but had a mixture of fruit, cereals, egg, cheese and cold cuts. There was also a plate of different cakes. I liked the idea of choosing where I wanted to sit to eat my breakfast. There were set tables in the dining area and one could take it all out on the patio while enjoying the great view of the whole bay. I loved that patio and one could sit there anytime to enjoy the view.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no hotel. Ele fica sim em um prédio antigo (como todos em Valparaíso), mas ele supriu todas as nossas necessidades. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama era nova, o banheiro era muito bem limpo diariamente. O estacionamento precisa ser aberto manualmente pelo recepcionista, mas ter um estacionamento nessa cidade é um luxo! Foi muito útil e não vimos problema em esperar um pouco para entrar/sair. Os atendentes do hotel foram todos muito atenciosos e gentis! Não tínhamos frigobar no quarto, mas o recepcionista colocou nosso vinho pra gelar na adega do hotel e o tomamos na varanda do restaurante, que tem uma vista linda da cidade. Recomendo fortemente esse hotel e me hospedaria lá novamente!
