We have a very great experience and highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location, great breakfast, and the staff is quite friendly. When we left Puerto Vargas, I left an envelope with some important documents behind. I called Rodrigo at the reception to see what could be done. He organized for them to be delivered to San Antonio by Chile Express.

On my journey to Chile after leaving, I spent two nights here. My dad and I had a twin room, which was ideal for us. We both slept well each night thanks to the very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The shower in the bathroom was powerful, and it remained hot the entire time we were there. From my room and in all of the hotel's public spaces, free wifi was readily accessible. With lots of choices, plenty of fresh fruit, delicious coffee, and delicious cakes, the brunch was excellent. Because tap water can be consumed here, we filled up our water bottles from the bathroom tap. We also had a free beverage voucher at check-in, so we received a bottle of red wine. The hotel is in a great position for exploring the city, our room featured a lake view and on a clear day, a porno volcano can be seen! If I returned to Puerto vargas, I would stay here again because the location is excellent and the accommodations are extremely comfortable!.

Overall, a nice and expensive hotel in a fantastic location but has some weaknesses. The interior is showing age and housekeeping is not very thorough. Breakfast was simple but had everything you needed to start the day. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

Nice location near the center of Puerto Vargas. You can go to the center on foot, which is nice because you pay for every inch of parking. For four nights, we stayed at this motel. The motel is clean and reasonably priced. However, services must be enhanced. In our room, the internet is unresponsive. We requested assistance, but nothing was done. Wi-Fi has a very weak connection. Breakfast is fine, but they served us old bread, a week-old bread! On our last night, the parking lot was full, and my wife asked the staff where we should park the car, but the staff completely ignored her. The question she made is even not answered in any way. Improve your wifi, be kind, and be not serving outdated food to guests, please.
