Very comfortable hotel. The breakfast is very good but make sure you book it. Otherwise it boasts 88 CY and there are few places around to eat at early in the morning. Great location. Many restaurants nearby. The personnel doesn’t speak much English but but they are helpful . Very clean and Great value.

The value at the Beijing Broadcasting Tower Hotel was excellent. It is conveniently located a short walk from the Jianguomen Subway station- easy to get to by subway from the train station or the airport. I didn't realize but I had booked a beautiful penthouse suite for a very reasonable price. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, wonderful service. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I stayed in a deluxe suite, and they were great! They have a huge size and a fantastic layout. There is plenty of fresh fruit and plenty of fresh water when you arrive. The hotel is in a good location to travel around the city center. Staff speaks good English.

In August, I spent six days and four nights at this motel. I will say that the accommodations are unquestionably spacious, and the location is excellent, but, 1, very few front desk employees could communicate in English to a level that they could answer questions. The exception was an alumnus named Alex. The hotel's lack of a city map in English created some problems. The carpets in both rooms needed to be cleaned immediately. Ground-floor seating is not available. Getting a taxi is impossible. A not-favorable hotel, but not one that's particularly targeted at foreign tourists.

The situation of this hotel is great, it's close to Sofitel or Fairmount. And finally, the receptionist was very friendly and professional. They also helped us with our reservation. It was so great that they will arrange everything so we will know. We got a room like the 4 hotels, but this was very different from a 4 star hotel.

I stayed here for one night in July 2019, on the first weekend. Although the reception is on the first floor, the rooms are on the top floor of the tower. The room had a wonderful view of Jianguomen Street and the Sun Temple. Breakfast was quite simple, but it was ok. The receptionist was a good English speaker and a very polite person. It's very convenient that it is close to the Yaonganli subway stop, about 10 mixtures of foot away. From the subway, you can reach Yananmen Square and Wanfujing's street quickly on foot.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help. The location is fantastic, close to the subway and silk market. The manager, named Andrew spoke perfect English and was very accommodating and helpful.

An update of my previous review - for this stay my room was recently renovated so my previous comment about 'tired' rooms no longer applies. Good place for convenient access to the nearby embassies.

Third time at this hotel. It’s clean, comfortable and spacious. Rooms are not new nor perfect but clean enough. Wifi works well, Luckin coffee in the lobby. I cannot recommend the restaurant for dinner - service was ridiculously slow. Great if you need to go to the Embassy precinct. Staff are great.
