Overall, i had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is neat and clean. The design of the rooms is good. The staff is friendly and nice. I received some amenities and snacks when checking in.

If you are looking for space, keep looking. However, having said that, the bed was very comfortable with the bathroom and shower in two separate rooms. Although i didnt have breakfast, it looked quite varied. One of this hotels major advantages is its location. Next time, i guess i will just get a larger room.

The room was smaller than previous ones ive been to. But adequate for a single person. The staff were very sweet and accommodating, giving me a bottle of water at both check in and check out which was a nice touch. Good location, about 20 minutes walk from west lake.

To be honest, the room was old and quite small, just enough space to open two suitcases. There was also a slight musty smell. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which compensated for it. I still give it 5 stars because of their excellent service.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan lokasi hotel dibandingkan dengan Citigo di Suzhou (kereta bawah tanah terdekat cukup jauh dari hotel). Kamarnya sangat kecil tapi bersih. Untungnya staf sangat membantu (terutama dalam hal laundry) dan sarapan hotelnya enak. Secara keseluruhan, saya senang tinggal di hotel ini.
