I didn’t take any photos of the room but everything is same as on the internet. The cat in the lobby is very cute, I wanted to kidnap him. Location of the hotel is strategic, walking distance to the East Gate of National Forest Park Zhangjiajie! The hotel receptionist is also helpful, we can buy tickets from her with cheaper prices. I love this hotel 🐱

the location on the map is different. it’s actually behind the cable car station, just search “Platinum Apartment” or Atour Hotel Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan, it’s located on the same apartment. Actually the room and services are very good Nice location, walking distance to cable car to tianmenshan. Many restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at the floral hotel, made especially good by the owners who were very helpful and assisted us in topping up Ali pay, advising us on the best routes around the park, and suggesting events for us to attend. They were always helpful and responsive through wechat if we needed any assistance. They spoke good English which was very helpful for communication. The location is perfect, very close to the park and near some great restaurants.

At this location, we stayed for four nights. I ordered a chinois room because I thought it meant decorations, not holes in the bathroom floor, and what a smell that the bathroom has. That location is excellent. A lovely view from outside, not inside our room. Nobody speaks English, and the bed smells like ruins. The receptionist must call his daughter when I need to translate. She believed she was living there. I also didn't like that the guy who works there forgot that we were paying for beer and water and charged us twice. Several times, water pricing has changed almost daily. It's a very low amount but is about principle. It's a very cheap place to stay, but please don't deceive your customers by showing photos of a beautiful property when it's not like that. I frequently contact them regarding the airport's transportation. I didn't receive any response. None of the airport's taxi drivers want to take us there. One did for 300 yuan. double the amount that is typical. Try to showcasing reality instead of what you are doing right now.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in the middle of August. When we arrived, the girls had already waited for us and were incredibly kind to assist us with our belongings. Very pleasant welcome and quick check-in process. The lady at check-in even took us to our apartment. Wow! Such a beautiful room! Wonderful view and a very serene environment! The pool temperature is perfect and was refreshing after a long day at the national park. The housekeeper was so eager to assist us with language issues and attempted to translate everything! Perfect stay. We will undoubtedly return! Greetings from Austria!.

Homeward Mountain is located close to the national park's west gate, directly across the street from a relatively small village, and around 3 a. M. A walk from a very little town. Of all the national park entrances, this is probably the least developed and thus, the most unspoiled. Because of its remote location, Id advise you to bring some snacks because youll be unable to find much locally and there will be nothing to eat without the hotel constraints. The hotel restaurant is excellent and offers a wide variety of delectable home cooked Chinese food at a very affordable price. Unfortunately, there is no desert menu, not even an offer of a modest ice cream or a fruit plate, so if you enjoy the occasional treat, you might want to bring some candy or chocolate, as I said above. Instead, you can walk down to the town to buy some fruit or down to the small town to get an ice lolly. The views and pool are breathtaking. Every annoyance and irritation caused by this hotel was washed away when I swam in the pool or slept next to it for a while and looked up at the mountains. All wasps, hornets, and mosquitoes can thus enter the washing area, but they must struggle to exit. The water pressure in the main shower was poor, and the hot water was not reliable

It is a part of the family's home, the guesthouse. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, and it is only a 5-minute stroll from the guest house. The accommodation was extremely reasonably priced and received a pick-up from the zhangjiajie train station. The staff family is really friendly and helpful, she does speak English. We understood that traveling through the national park by bus with a few changes and walking the various sections of the route costs at least 2 hours one way. Because it is just a short walk from the glass bridge and one hour. The door to the other part of the zhangjiajie national park is only 1 hour one way. The rooms are air-conditioned, but due to their poor insulation, it takes a long time to heat them up. Maybe it is a sign that the family does not appear to use the air conditioning due to expensive electricity bills. The shower head is centered just over the same opening, and the toilet is made of Chinese-style toilet. Overall, the restrooms weren't the place you wanted to spend even a second longer than required. There isn't much to enjoy around, aside from the national park, so when darkness came, we sat inside and tried to escape the frigid. I'd only advise seeking this location during the warmer months and only for those who are comfortable with isolation and simple

No. 5 valley inn is the ideal location to calm down and relax after a hard day of hiking. Ideally situated on the peaks near the west gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. The infinity pool overlooking the valley is spectacular, and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and speak English well, which is a plus for non-chinese speakers.

The location was amazing, there were so many fantastic places that we visited on the trip. Our room was on the ground level, facing the lovely infinity pool, and the whole place was calm. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and there was a shuttle service that went above and beyond to help. And then, the cleanliness and service were fantastic. After that, the restroom here was the best. Subsequently, the rooms were great, especially the toilet. Besides that, the breakfast was very good. After that, the food was also fantastic.

After visiting Wulingyuan for two nights, I spent one night here. It's cold outside because December is approaching. The heater in the chamber has two, and it quickly warms up. After a day of hiking, we decided to wait a little while because we had a late flight. The lobby was open throughout the day with a heater for us to rest until we headed to the airport and our luggage was stored in our rooms throughout the day. A good restaurant nearby is also available on Trip Advisor. Bus train stops are 5 minutes' walk away and cable cars are 10 minutes away. A good location also occurs, with the cable car and bus stations within a 5-minute walk.
