Overall, the experience at this hotel was satisfactory. The service provided was excellent, and while the food was decent for the price (although some hot dishes were only slightly warm), the beds themselves were rather subpar. While the room itself was pleasant and clean, it felt like youre sleeping on a piece of particle board. Extremely stiff beds, with any slight movement from me or my wife we could feel. Although it was primarily recomended, sleep quality was quite poor.

This is a family trip. We upgraded the room because we stayed for six days! It was excellent and considerate. I remained on the 15th floor and couldnt hear any noise at night! Very good! The front desk staff is attentive and courteous, the hotel environment is excellent, there are small restaurants and convenience stores close by, and the cleaning aunt is quite responsible! Around the hotels corner, you can find hema minimarket, as well as small eateries and grocery stores! 5 to 6 minutes away from the metro station is really convenient.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. It has all the amenities and is clean. Needless to say, this is a firstclass hotel. The surroundings are good, close to the suzhou river, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

Although the hotel appears a little worn out, the rooms are immaculate and wellkept. Convenient local transportation with access to public transportation. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and they deserve respect from every angle.

I had a great time at the courtyard. The staff was very friendly, checkin went smoothly, and the room was really comfortable. Its location is very convenient and easy to get to many restaurants from there. I received i got tastiest spa voucher but unfortunately didnt have time to use it. Without easiness, ill stay here again.
