The location of this hotel is very strategic and close to the train station. The employees here are really helpful even though they don't speak English very well. The hotel is also very well located, they serve some good local food and serve breakfast.

This hotel has a neon shopping center, which is very convenient. They serve a very basic Chinese Mandarin style breakfast. It's located on the river side of the Thai river with a nice view. If you want to study Chinese language, you must try this hotel, it was a very pleasant experience for me. The breakfast starts at 730 to 930, and the taste is pleasant.

Overall, I'd advise international travelers to stay at an international hotel. This hotel would only appeal to locals. The hotel lobby is dark and the staff does not speak English. The room is large, but the windows were opened and couldn't be closed. The good thing is the bathroom equipped with toto bathtub and toilet. But badly renovated probably has water damage to every room and we were unable to close the bathroom door. Dirty pillows and towels, even brand new tooth bushes are stained registered for 2 am check out, received a call from staff at 1200 noon if we are extending our stay because we have not checked out. The key card stops automatically at 1300 and we were locked outside the room. Reception asked for identification for unlocking the room but our identification documents were in the room, technically we haven't checked out yet.

This place was recommended by locals. Our first two nights were spent in a suite, which had full windows even in the bathroom and faced the pearl river. On our final night, we moved across the hall to a normal room with a king bed, and it cost 13 less in size and expense. Everything in these rooms worked, which is exceptional for China, they were quiet, and the service was good. There are no foreigners at this hotel, but we speak Chinese, and the front desk lady knows enough English to check someone in. Breakfast was included and was simply ok, and there were two other paying restaurants at the hotel that were excellent. On the corner corner, another Chinese restaurant was cheaper and better.

The breakfast was not good with only one english-speaking TV channel per 50. The room was comfortable and nice, with a view of the river which was a plus.
